No improvement six years later they still have some very rude person working the drive-through who refuses to allow you to pick up your mobile order through the drive-through. She says you must come inside it. It doesn’t matter what reason you have for needing the drive-through and needing to use your app you must come inside and then they put it in a big plastic bag and glue it shut and don’t give you a straw. I’m so done with this place. Just down the road are Popeyes McDonald’s Starbucks, Wendy’s, and Burger King you can use your app and order through the drive-through at all of those. They have good people working up them and they don’t burn your food like this place. I suggest you Skip this place until they get their act together and fire that womanget it together and hire a good manager.6 years ago: Manager Dwayne is rude. Please bring back the previous manager. Waitstaff is friendly and attentive. Food quality depends on who is cooking so its hit or miss. Fish plate is very good. Prices are quite reasonable.

This used to be a great place to eat. The food is still good even though the menu changed. There is no service anymore. The amount of food like fries has decreased, but prices are still high. This location was extremely dirty. Inside, we had to wipe our table off, and the floors were very sticky by the pickup counter and soda machine.Update 12/19/24. Place has gone farther downhill. Still had no sweat tea, no seasoning packets. The place was very dirty and I felt like the. Ceiling tiles might start falling down from water damage. This location definitely needs to spend money fixing it up and bringing it back to

Way too expensive. $10 for a plain hot dog and a small cup of underwhelming chili. Also the restaurant is worn and could be cleaner.

food is good and service is quick but my only concern is the restroom stall. the gap is way too big. thankfully i was alone but if the restroom was packed or someone was waiting they would of been able to see me using the restroom.

Disappointed in the runniness of the chili and that it doesn’t coke in an actual bowl anymore, just a paper cup. Boo.Burger was good. Kiosk ordering seems efficient. Does seem a bit weird to only see employees when they call out a number when the order is ready.
