Two days in a row I have went at 10:30 PM and they have the doors locked. Clearly says they are open until 11 PM. workers are lazy. I would deff re staff this store as they are losing money for stuff like this. I will never be returning to this

Bad Management. They didn’t take a single order for a hour because they “ were backed up with orders”. Can’t even hear the employee read the name of the customers because the entire staff mumbles when they speak. Will never come to this BBW again. Do not recommend.

The food wasn’t made right. Not enough sauce. I complained but the manager Melody resolved the issue and was very prompt. She’s the only one I was able to complain to as the GM is never available.

A couple of weeks I placed an order on the app to be delivered, and was missing a few items, I called the restaurant and got hung up, and ignored. I finally was told I was going to be refunded my money back for the missing items and I still have yet to receive it. Very poor customer service. And not the first time that they always missing items on their delivery orders either… and I spend a lot of money everytime I order from this location. They lost a customer at this location.

Do not order delivery from here. they always screw up their order. One time, only 11 wings came when I ordered 15. The second time, I ordered 4 bottles of drink, none came. I called to ask for a refund, no one answered. Called twice, both times no one picked up.Total thieves.

Went to this place for the first time on 12/13 around 1:50pm. I was received with the worst attitude. The young lady in the front really shouldn’t be there. Those kind of employees give businesses a bad reputation and unfortunately lose money. I decided not to stay and took my business elsewhere.
