The food wasn’t made right. Not enough sauce. I complained but the manager Melody resolved the issue and was very prompt. She’s the only one I was able to complain to as the GM is never available.
Bri and Melody are the heart and soul of this establishment for me! I stopped eating BWW for a while. Decided to try them again and was pleasantly surprised when everything was perfect! Flavor, temperature, seasonings all were immaculate like the customer service! I tried a different location after and was highly dissatisfied and remembered why I stopped! Came back to Melrose Park and it's THIS location has my business as long as these 2 are in the house! Thank you guys so much!

The food was ok, not impressed.Seems like they were in a hurry and just threw the sauce in ten wings.They give me the veggies in a clear plastic bag 3 celery and 3 carrots for 20 wings and fries.Not coming back.
