I usually come here for coffee and I wanted to try the Matcha latte. I orderes it once efore I liked it but unfortunately this time it was bad. The match latte was just milk and all the powder/matcha mix was on the bottom. Other than that service was good.

Dunkin is a complicated beast where there should be simplicity.From store to store, the variance of quality in both ingredients and service varies considerably. The one near me, for example, had my lasting loyalty for a time, the best oatmilk lattes and freshest donuts.
