We were greeted as if we were disturbing the young lady at the counter. The burger was partially cold, as if it had been sitting, and the fresh cut fries were definitely not freshly cooked. Drive a little further to the next location.

What ever happened to Wendy's HOT food?Drive thru is dead slow.Dine in/Take out takes 20 min to order and 15 min to get your food.The food is cold when you get it. No matter how fast they serve you (see above), your burgers and nuggets, fries and chicken sandwiches are about the same temperature as the Frostee.Seriously, service is horrible and food is just lackluster.Now, this is not a knock against the employees, but the management and corporate food prep.Serving hot meat with literally FROZEN lettuce and FROZEN tomatoes that thaw and chill the meat makes every meal a sad affair. Melted cheese? Never.Buns are either soaking wet sloppy mush or dry stale rocks. Luck of the draw.Nuggets are allowed to thaw and refreeze, making them stick together and not fully cook through. Burnt breading but raw processed chicken. Yuck.Good luck getting in and out in less than a half hour even when you order ahead. They prioritize drive thru first, everything else is secondary and ignored.Parking: There are 30 spaces + 1000 spaces next door in the Cinemark parking lot.

Workers are so lazy, they will make any excuse to not work. They will lock the lobby area, so everyone is forced to use the drive thru. Then they would make an excuse that their system isn’t working or they are only accepting cash/mobile
