10-6-23 , I went in to place my order. The manager had removed chicken so that he could fix something inside the steamer. The cashier was pleasant and didn't seem to be bother that the chicken was sitting out while he reached all over it. She went to the other side to get chicken. When I opened my box, my chicken was dry and looked as it sat in the steamer too long. I ordered original, I've never known original to be that dark. I work to far to have gone back. I'm sick and tired of KFC's on the south side of the Chicago area running out of wings or not have food ready! Anytime after 3pm, chicken should be ready to serve. I don't want to wait 15-20 minutes! These restaurants aren't run efficiently!

Usually don't go to this location but have gone several times in the last few weeks. Food is normally very good and it is served quickly. Just the last time I ordered a 5 piece tenders and the 5th one looked like a crumb. Very small, I wouldn't consider it an actual piece. Other than that I'm happy with what I've gotten. Tried the nuggets this time too, they are very good.
