The 3.3 star rating is a lie, don’t go there save your money, I may be wrong but the shift I had today that made my food at 2pm was Beyond lazy and half as$, staff had a RBF, overall food was awful and not at all fresh. Feb 8 2024 ordered on the app. Had to input my info again as of signing up for the first time. App kept saying order is ready, but the estimated time kept changing. When I went through the drive through the first time, the employee said it would take 10 minutes. I asked him if I could get a spoon to go with my potato bowl. He said yes, of course. Twenty minutes later, he brought my order out to me. I said thank you and looked for my spoon. No spoon, no fork, no napkins. I went back through the drive through and asked for a spoon. When I got to the window, a different employee hands me a fork and some napkins. Ok, I said thanks and drove to a parking lot to discover that my potato bowl had no chicken in it. It's a price difference between $3.49. and $6.99. I wasn't about to go back through the drive through a third time. I feel like KFC got me this time and I won't be back anytime soon.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I am not sure why they believe their behavior is acceptable, but rudeness, ignoring the customer, and slamming stuff around like you interrupted their inappropriate conversations is beyond unacceptable.

10-6-23 , I went in to place my order. The manager had removed chicken so that he could fix something inside the steamer. The cashier was pleasant and didn't seem to be bother that the chicken was sitting out while he reached all over it. She went to the other side to get chicken. When I opened my box, my chicken was dry and looked as it sat in the steamer too long. I ordered original, I've never known original to be that dark. I work to far to have gone back. This IS THE LAST TIME THAT I WILL BE GOING THERE. They should serve food, the same way they would expect there food too look. So NO IM NOT RECOMMENDING THIS LOCATION AT ALLLL

I went to buy like 40 pieces of chicken ,I don’t know if she was a manager and she wasn’t really nice when I was ordering but then a really nice man I think he was the manager,he took my order really good and he was so nice,I decided to go back the same day to get some biscuits because I thought if I buy 40 piece’s of chicken they came with biscuits too ,so I went back to order biscuits and mush potatoes separated ,they were like kind of mean cause I was ordering again,they weren’t nice again and I told her I want 8 biscuits and she only gave me 4 when I got at home and I saw what I got I was so kind of disappointed and I don’t think I will go back to that store again,I’ve been going there three times ,the first time they were so nice ,the guy who is the manager there I don’t know his name he is the only person who is nice there,I really appreciate what he does there,but about the other people,some of them look like they don’t want to do their work,I don’t understand why they are working in a place that u have to deal with costumers,you guys have a job for us cause we go there and buy a lot of food so u can keep your job??‍♀️

This is by far the WORST KFC I've ever been to. Customer service is very bad, you have to wait about 5+ minutes before someone takes your order and when they do, they have an attitude while doing so. They are so much in a rush that, you can't even finish your order without the cashier speaking over you. The quality of the food is beyond bad and, the Chicken Tenders are very Tuff and cold. While preparing your order, they just throw your food in the box like it's trash, my Biscuit was crumbled from being tossed in the box. The lobby looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months and the restroom reminds me of a dirty porta potty. Just a heads up to whoever visits this location, make sure that you thoroughly check your order before you leave, if you don't and they forget to put something you ordered in your bag, don't bother going back because they will not give it to you, regardless if you have a receipt or not. I'm surprised that this Location is still in business, I will never patronize this location again, you shouldn't have to walk into a Business hoping not to get an attitude or hoping they get your order correct.

I was only asking the young lady if I could substitute the side for another department n a 12 piece combo. She kept asking me what you mean, so I patiently kept repeating my self and how many nuggets. She ask me what's the drink and yes I said one thing, but then I seen they had another kind so I changed it real quick. Once I got up to the drive- thru window. I explained that I just got of of work and I was tired. She just cut her eyes and gave me my card and food, so I said, have a good evening,she slammed the window closed and walked away. I called up there to talk to the manager about what just occurred, the manager pretty much put the phone down, I kept saying hello, no response. You guys suck at customer service, I will not be back. Thanks!

HorI only wish I could give zero stars. Apparently the ignorant staff thinks it's acceptable to not have chicken at Kentucky fried chicken. Why would a customer expect to get chicken there. They stop making fresh food two hours before close. If you go an hour or less before closing you get whatever is left. Hard buns, dry Cole slaw, gravy with a bonus skin on top and whatever chicken is left.
