“An old iconic dining establishment has held its quality, remained current and offers great food at fair prices. We were warmly greeted and treated like regular diners despite years passing since our last visit. Everything was pleasant, clean and comfortable. The food was prepared to perfection and we felt encouraged to take our time and enjoy. If you have not tried this restaurant, or have not been for a while, make a reservation and enjoy!!”

“Great atmosphere, excellent service...we even know some of the waitresses and have come to know the rest. They are super nice and friendly. Menu options are legit and portion sizes are very generous. Everything I have had here is made to perfection especially their chicken soup and stuffed avocado and stuffed tomato. Their French dip is Tops! Keep doing what you are doing. :)”

“This spot is always my favorite to go and grab a bite to eat! I’m there at least once a week. Though the pizza may seem generic to some, it’s well worth the cost! The staff are always welcoming, nice and accommodating and I’ve come to a first name basis with most of the workers there. You like pizza? Bored/hungry on a Sunday, Monday or Friday? Come by Simply Slices!”

“Love the atmosphere, the food and drinks...always awesome, however I recently find the professionalism of the staff to be lacking and what's with the dress code or should I say lack there of? Its not a sports bar...a bartender dressed in a Hawaiian Shirt with pineapples says I'm on the beach with Tome Cruise in the movie "Cocktail". Not what people expect to see in Balagios.”

“Fleckensteins is the best bakery in the Chicago area, and it isn’t even close. Whenever we’ve had donuts or cake from here for our events (wedding, baby shower, etc) everyone always raves about how amazing it is. The staff is kind, helpful, and patient with specific requests on special orders. We enjoy being loyal customers and appreciate all they’ve done for us!”

“Thanksgiving day I stop by and I did not pre- order. A gentleman was there and gave us such a great service. He had cakes for us!! We bought what we needed. This store is one of my favorites.”

“The margaritas were outstanding. The food was excellent as well as the customer service. My only suggestion was that they should serve chips that aren’t so hard. I thought it first they were stale, but I think it’s just a type of chip they serve. They were a bit too hard for my liking.”

“Wonderful Cafe! "Cozy and Friendly." This a great place to stop by for a snack or your favorite beverage. The quality of the food is superb! My favorite thing to have at Watershed Cafe is the Ice Matcha Latte which is so good and Egg Bites with just a bit of salsa. I enjoy shopping at Watershed Cafe as there are many interesting handmade items on display. And if you're looking for a good Christian book, there are many to page through for all ages. Watershed also hosts events there time to time and you can pick up a list there. I'm so glad a friend introduced me to Watershed Cafe!! Thumbs up!”

We came in close to closing and ordered this pizza - they were happy to make it for us and went out of their way to make us comfortable while we waited for it. We were not disappointed. This was the most delicious pizza we've had - better than Giordonos deep dish.”

“Went here for my friend's birthday on a weekend right at dinner time. I booked at reservation and was seated almost immediately. The staff was very friendly and our chef on the grill kept the mood lively. The staff also gave my friend a nice birthday shoutout, even though I let them know it was their birthday, no idea what they were going to do so it was a pleasant surprise. I'd definitely go again and try the steak. As a person with a sensitive stomach, everything was really flavorful without any of the oil or butter triggering anything.”

“My wife and I moved to Michigan 19 years ago and let me tell you...there's no good pizza here. Whenever we make it back to Chicago there's always at least one pizza stop planned. Foxes never disappoints! Great thin crust pizza and not the "tourist" version of what they call Chicago style. Can't wait for our next visit.”

“One of my favorite Chinese places. The eggrolls are the best here. They are crispy, savory, sweet and always super fresh and hot. The Mongolian beef never has any weird chewy pieces and the sauce is always really flavorful with a little kick.”
