“We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Mr. Benny’s for the first time and it truly exceeded every expectation! The steak was cooked perfectly, the drinks were excellent, and dessert was amazing. The owner was so welcoming and the service was outstanding. We used to feel like we had to go into Chicago for this kind of experience, but we’re so glad to have something this special so close to home. It was our first time, but definitely not our last!”

“When I arrived around 8:15 AM on a Fri., there were 3 people ahead of me in line and people kept arriving after me. The phone rang nonstop, yet the staff never appeared frazzled. They were very friendly as they waited on customers and answered the phone. I purchased 1/2 dozen donuts, and everything was fresh and of good quality. I highly recommend.”

“Great traditional Chicago style deep dish pizza. We came in close to closing and ordered this pizza - they were happy to make it for us and went out of their way to make us comfortable while we waited for it. We were not disappointed. This was the most delicious pizza we've had - better than Giordonos deep dish.”

“Stopped in to get a cup of coffee with my husband at 6:00 pm on Christmas Eve. The two young people a young lady and young man were working. Unfortunately I didn’t get there names. Their service was with a great smile and happy to wait on us. After serving us I spilled my coffee down my leg and they were so sweet about it! It was Christmas Eve and the were working! They need a big hurrah for not only excellent service but amazingly sweet! Sorry I didn’t get their names! I did phone manager to let her know! Please acknowledge them! They deserve a Pat on the back!

“This was my first time ordering from them. I had ordered Mongolian beef at a similar restaurant before, but I liked it more at this restaurant. First, the portion was big and you can tell they don’t skimp on the meat. Second, the staff were polite. Thank you. If I’m nearby again, I’ll order again. The only thing is, you forgot to include forks and spoons. I had my own, but if I didn’t have spare utensils, that would have been disappointing. Overall, I liked everything, and the restaurant’s atmosphere was nice too.”

“Server was prompt and attentive, and our drinks were always full. The menu is massive, so we settled on an appetizer and sushi. The yellowtail cheek was decent, but rather than the side of sauce, it could have benefit from a seasoned/basted preparation. The sushi was very solid. I am not normally a specialty roll kind of sushi eater, but that Honey roll (I know it's out there) was sweet, spicy, fruity, fresh and flavorful. I would driver the 1 hour + again just to get that roll!”
