The Greatest Dunkin Donuts in Illinois to go to. Each Day I go to Dunkin Donuts for Me & My Coworkers. This One is My Favorite bc of the Employees. Everyone Who Works at this Location is Awesome & Even the Customers I Interact with when I'm here are also Awesome. There are 3 Gentleman at this Location that Rise above the Rest bc of Their Work ethic. I Never see these Gentleman Stop Moving unless They are Speaking with a Customer. Good service. Very clean. Good ice tea. Donuts were fresh. Sandwiches were piping hot.Vegetarian options: Egg bites and avocado toast is the way to go.Kid-friendliness: Good for kids
These guys are great! Customer service extends beyond the call of duty here! The manager did a phenomenal job deescalating a seemingly intoxicated customer that came in this weekend! I watched that customer try and steal a frozen coffee and a sandwich and berate the employees and manager because he didn't want to use his money from his wallet to pay.
