The Greatest Dunkin Donuts in Illinois to go to. Each Day I go to Dunkin Donuts for Me & My Coworkers. This One is My Favorite bc of the Employees. Everyone Who Works at this Location is Awesome & Even the Customers I Interact with when I'm here are also Awesome. There are 3 Gentleman at this Location that Rise above the Rest bc of Their Work ethic. I Never see these Gentleman Stop Moving unless They are Speaking with a Customer. As You walk in the Door, You are Immediately Greeted, Altho the Location I go to isn't the Same Everyday, This Location Remembers My Order, The Establishment is Always Immaculately Clean, You will Never just Stand there waiting for Your Order without One of the 3 Gentleman keeping Communication with You. This Location is Extremely Great Under Pressure, Their Drive Thru is None Stop in the Early Am hour's & Not Once have I Witnessed Anything Other than Hard Workers, Friendliness as Well as Professionalism. I Would like to Thank All the Employees that Work at this Location for Making it the Greatest Dunkin Donuts in Illinois. GOD BLESS

These guys are great! Customer service extends beyond the call of duty here! The manager did a phenomenal job deescalating a seemingly intoxicated customer that came in this weekend! I watched that customer try and steal a frozen coffee and a sandwich and berate the employees and manager because he didn't want to use his money from his wallet to pay. The intoxicated unruly customer insisted that his phone *magically* would pay despite him not having money on it. I use the dunkin app all the time. You need to load it with money before paying!I had the misfortune of standing behind the alcohol scented character who was struggling to get words out.I will continue my patronage at this location every day before work for many more years. They know my name when I come, they never mess up my order. It's unfortunate that they have to deal with humanities' bottom feeders every so often.

Donuts were starting to get old, iced coffee was not to my order but drinkable.
I downloaded yelp just to write this. I have been so disappointed with Dunkin lately. I ask for extra matcha- they basically gave me milk. They smashed my sister's sandwich into the bag it looks like it was PUNCHED. They charged me for "extra swirl" for my matcha- 1.50 for them to not even put more in?????? Starbucks never does me dirty with that. 5 dollars for a drink that is barely drinkable

Staff was helpful and friendly. The store is clean. They prepared my drink the way I'd asked. I've been enjoying the bacon avocado toast from multiple Dunkins in the area. This location had a good balance of ingredients and I didn't have to wait long for it.
