Service here is the worst and I think there management are inept at doing there job. They don't order enough food to supply there customers with the items they want or training there staff to prep for the day. My family and I have gone there several times because it is close to our home and there are always menu items we can not get; from sandwiches, salads, baked potatoes, chili, and Frostys they always just say those are not available at this time. I don't normally write reviews but after like the hundredth time of the same issue arising I'm recommending people to not choose this Wendy's because they will most likely have a disappointing experience like I've had.

Ordered A10 piece nugget meal, got 9.Ordered a biggie meal with 4 nuggets, got 3.Ordered a baked potato, drive off without looking on bag. Once I did I saw no potato.Ordered 3 drinks and 3 meals. Got 1 napkin and 0 straws. I can't even complete a survey because I wasn't given a receipt.

Most of.the time the lobby is closed and they take forever. The one worker was picking up the chicken nuggets with her ungloved hands and putting container and the person who's order it was watched her do it and told the manager and she didn't even do anything about it! That's horrible customer service as well as being unsanitary. They were so slow and couldn't keep up with all the orders they had to stop taking new orders. Go to a different Wendy's if you really want it.

AVOID THIS WENDYS AT ALL COST. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No phone call gets answered. They will NEVER get your order right. I got ONE MEAL and they did it wrong and there was NOBODY there. Never got receipt and was overcharged for the meal I was given because it was not the new pretzel bun it was the plain version.
I went to this Wendy's with my grandma and when we got to the Wendy's there was nobody working. Also the guys giving us our food did not wear any gloves while preparing it. Another reason this location is a one star is because I had to wait 25 mins for a BAKED POTATO. My last reason this location is a one star is because the place is NOT clean and the tables are all sticky. DO NOT COME AND EAT HERE! Oh also one more thing another time me and my father went here and we got nuggets and a burger and it was around 30 dollars and they did not even give us our burger this restaurant chain is horrible please don't eat here

My visit to Wendy's today was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my experience through this review. As I walked into the restaurant, I decided to use the restroom before placing my food order. To my shock and dismay, it was immediately evident that the bathroom had not seen a hint of cleaning or maintenance for what felt like an eternity. The scene was beyond disturbing. Gnats were swarming around, and the toilet was overflowing with feces, with flies buzzing around it. It was an unsanitary and repulsive sight, to say the least.What made matters even worse was the response from the two managers on duty. When I brought this matter to their attention, they were not only dismissive but also incredibly rude. Their attitude suggested that they didn't care about the state of the restroom or the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. To my disbelief, they claimed that the restroom had been cleaned that very morning, which was absolutely not the case. It was evident that this restroom hadn't received proper attention in months, if not longer.This experience left a lasting negative impression, not only due to the appalling condition of the restroom but also because of the indifferent and disrespectful attitude displayed by the management. As a customer, I believe it's essential for any establishment to uphold basic standards of hygiene and customer service. Unfortunately, my visit to this Wendy's location fell far short of those expectations. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to address these hygiene issues and improve their customer service immediately.

Was waiting in the drive through for the longest time. And suddenly had a someone Walk up to the window and talk to the person there for another 15 minutes. While we have been in line for the last 20 when I finally got my food. My fries and nuggets werent even even warm, they were room temperature. Chicken Sandwich was super thin and hard completely unediable by far, one of the worst experiences at any fast food place I've ever had.
