Most of.the time the lobby is closed and they take forever. The one worker was picking up the chicken nuggets with her ungloved hands and putting container and the person who's order it was watched her do it and told the manager and she didn't even do anything about it! That's horrible customer service as well as being unsanitary. They were so slow and couldn't keep up with all the orders they had to stop taking new orders. Go to a different Wendy's if you really want it.
AVOID THIS WENDYS AT ALL COST. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No phone call gets answered. They will NEVER get your order right. I got ONE MEAL and they did it wrong and there was NOBODY there. Never got receipt and was overcharged for the meal I was given because it was not the new pretzel bun it was the plain version.

Worst Wendy’s ever. Every time I go there they never get a simple order right. Ordering in the drive thru like talking to a bunch of 3 year olds no one is ever at the window they to busy messing around instead of during their job.
