Wednesday 3/13 lunch time. Guy on the slicer who I assume is the gm has fantastic customer service skills. Woman working next to him building the sandwiches did great as well. The menu clearly states every sub comes mikes way, but they still make sure you understand that… which is awesome considering I know lots of people would overlook that. Seeing how this location is set up, it’s hard to imagine how they’d be able to handle an extremely busy rush, but for how busy it was, the 3-4 people there were all doing great keeping up and communicating. Good job

Whenever I go in, the crew is friendly and outgoing. If it is slow or super overflowing of hungry people. The ordering process is easy. My favorite #7 Mike's way. Never have I had a problem with my orders or the staff. I really enjoy how fresh the meat and bread. My favorite time to go in is at lunch time. A very clean place to dine in or take to go.

I have been going to this location since it opened and never had issues. Love their subs and always had good service but today I got a club sub and got home with it and no bacon. I just fasted for a day and a half for a medical procedure and couldn't wait to eat a sub. Then was let down when they didn't add all the ingredients. Very disappointing. Hope this isn't sign of things to come. Had to deduct a star for this reason.

Just had Jersey Mikes for the first time and the sub was amazing! Super fresh and seasoned just right! I called to let them know how good it was and spoke to a really friendly manager named Eli. I will 100% be going back and using them to cater my next get together!
I have ordered jersey mikes all over the country and never had them not start up the grill until I asked about my chicken sub. What a huge inconvenience and lack of respect when they looked at me when I asked, like what's the big deal. I was driving from Michigan to Iowa and didn't have time to wait 30 minutes in a jersey mikes.Avoid this one and go down the street to subway.I did contact her and no response? Is there anything else you want a customer to do?
