This looks like some type of small critter tasted my bread before I could. The manager claims it came from their toaster. None of my other sandwiches have this on it. He just shrugged his shoulders at me. I had to request a new sandwich. They remade it and the toaster magically worked again and produced a new bun with no bite/holes in it. I do not recommend. I will be reaching out to the health department today. I could not even eat the remade sandwich. Where is quality control? Ew!

By far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Would recommend driving out of town to coal city or minooka McDonald's. Heck even streator McDonald's has this place beat any day.

Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and a steak McMuffin through the app. It took long for the order to come (there was a long line and curbside spots were all filled so I understood it wasn't going to be fast). When I got my food both sandwiches were barley warm and the bagel was hard like it was old. Won't be coming back here

if you are not using the McDonald's app you are missing the opportunity to save money. The deals and the rewards can save you quite a bit. If you've never had a mocha frappuccino, it's delicious! I also really like the new daily double hamburger. It is a hopping place at almost all hours and has the usual good McDonald's menu, prepared well.And I recommend the curbside pickup. It is quick and you don't need to tip them and you can take the time you need to look through your mobile app for deals and rewards and you can customize almost every single thing you buy!Parking: There is special parking for pickup orders, which is much faster than waiting through the drive-thru line.

Worst big Mac and fries I've had in a long time. I ordered a big Mac meal for myself and a double big Mac no sauce for my husband. My big Mac was thrown together poorly. Cheese and pickles were falling out and the amount of special sauce could have choked a horse. The fries were soggy and cold. I ended up throwing away over half of my meal. Decided I better check my husband's big Mac before I left. Good thing I did because it wasn't a double, it was a regular big Mac. I waited at the counter while everyone worried about the drive thru and the pick up orders. Got looked at by several employees including the manager but nobody helped me for 3.5 minutes. Then the clerk and the manager were confused when I told them this was a regular big Mac not a double. Did they make me a fresh one? No!!! They just added the extra burgers to the existing big Mac. These fast food workers are more worried about who Jane is sleeping with then their actual customers. Fast food has gone downhill, but hey let's pay them $15 not to care!

To whom it may concern,I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the notable decline in both food quality and service standards at your fast food establishment. As a former employee and a long-time patron, the contrast in operational excellence between my tenure a decade ago and the current state is stark and deeply concerning.A decade ago, despite receiving compensation that was significantly lower than what is currently offered, the staff and I were committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. We prided ourselves on serving fresh, quality food, managing customer capacity effectively, and upholding a strong work ethic. It is disheartening to observe that the current staff, despite being compensated more generously, seems to lack the dedication and strategy necessary to maintain these standards.Furthermore, I have noticed that the menu has been simplified, presumably to streamline operations during these challenging times. However, this reduction in menu complexity does not seem to have translated into improved food quality or service. On several occasions, I have been served food that was evidently overcooked and kept warm for extended periods, compromising its freshness and taste. This consistent delivery of subpar products is unacceptable, especially considering the significant increase in prices.The decline in quality and service is so pronounced that I have made the conscious decision to avoid patronizing your establishment, as the experience is invariably disappointing. It is a lamentable state of affairs when one would prefer to go hungry rather than endure the disappointment of another unsatisfactory meal.I sincerely hope that this feedback is taken as constructive criticism. There is a clear need for a reassessment of your operational strategies, staff training, and overall commitment to quality. It is disheartening to witness such a decline in an establishment that once set a commendable standard in the fast food Industry.

I would not recommend my worst send me working here because after working there for over six months I was told that I was gonna get three different raises never received a single raise. Found a different job, so I’m saying screw it and taking the loss. I have contacted HR about it and they contacted the general manager and even the owner and the owner tried getting involved and getting a hold of the general manager who made the promises but the manager is refusing saying that she never promised me anyways and now the new general manager is refusing, saying that he never promised any raises I’ve been screwed out of over $1.50 an hour raise.
