Was originally planning on getting a plain cheesecake with strawberries on top, but the lady at the counter said they also had a mango cheesecake. Knowing my wife loves both cheesecake and mangoes, and considering this was supposed to be a dessert for our anniversary, I went with the mango cheesecake. The person working the front then asked if I would prefer to order one for tomorrow (since this was close to the end of their day) so it was made fresh in the morning and I wasn't getting an end of day cheesecake. The one in the case was made the morning that I bought it, so I wasn't too worried. The cheesecake did not disappoint. Was flavorful, soft, and had a great mouth-feel. I would also recommend the sugar cookies. My daughter doesn't normally (read as almost never) eat sweets, but she decided she wanted a cookie and actually ate it. Staff was nice, place was clean, and the food was good. Would definitely recommend.

What a great addition to the neighborhood. My brother-in-law recommended this bakery and I ordered my parents 40th wedding anniversary cake from them. The cake was beyond our expectations. Jorge(the owner) suggested few changes and it worked in our favor. He customized it with edible gold leafs. I highly recommend them and will definitely order from them next time. Also, they have great pastries and cupcake.

To begin with I am not much of a sweets person but that being said it was packzi day and my husband loves sweets so I read about Ganache and we stopped by to try their goodies. OMG!!! I have never tasted anything so delicious! I may be addicted to this awesome bakery! I don't think that's such a great thing for me personally but I can promise that they will be seeing a lot more of us!

recently, we tried ganache bakery for the first time. They had a variety of tasty cookies and other pastries. My favorite was the lemon roll. It has a very tart strong lemon taste with a vanilla cream. Excellent. They also have some mouse filled pastries, which were light and excellent as well. ganache also offers coffee, cakes, and bread. I've also looked at, but haven't tried their wedding cakes and look forward to doing that. It's a small bakery but it's worth a try.

Idk much about the place in person, but i ordered a cake from them for my birthday. It's awful at worst, meh at best. It's tasteless. Water has more taste. Soft, but it's bland. You know what has a taste, however? The red icing that tastes purely of chemicals. I hate to be mean because I know they're new, but they need to hire new bakers :/

I used to patronize Meier's Bakery, knew they'd closed, and just recently learned that the bakery had reopened with a new name and owner. So when I needed a tray of cookies for a family event, I called the day before to see if they had pre-assembled trays like Meier's always did. "I don't," he said, "but I can make one for you." "By tomorrow, to pick up at noon?" "Sure. We do them by the pound. How much do you need?" "How many are in a pound?" "About 30." "Great, I'd love one with two pounds, then." He took my information, I showed up a little after noon, my tray was waiting for me, the price was reasonable, and it was beautiful and just perfect. I was the hit of my family party! The cookies were all good, but my favorites were the ones that had two chocolate cookie halves with chocolate cream in between, and brown and red sprinkles at one end. Those were delicious! I'm not big on chocolate cookies because they're often too sweet, but these were perfect. One huge plus - the employee who rang me up asked if I needed help with it out to the car (it was a snowy day). Yes, please that would be great! So she carried it out and put it on the back seat for me. Excellent service! My only regret is that I didn't take a picture of it, but I will the next time! They have my business now! I looked around a little while I was there, and could see lots of other reasons to go back!
We had green marzipan with raspberry jam, lemon bar cake and a pecan pie. The pecan pie is a definite winner! Their cookies looked good too, will try next time. Get their pecan pie for sure

Amazing, delicious. This is my 2nd order with Ganache Bakery. Never disappoints. I ordered a custom cake for my son’s Baptism. I sent a picture and they replicated. The cake was tasty. The owner got back to me right away with a quote, making ordering simple. I used to drive to Arlington Heights from Glenview. Glad this gem opened up. Can’t recommend this place enough
