To begin with I am not much of a sweets person but that being said it was packzi day and my husband loves sweets so I read about Ganache and we stopped by to try their goodies. OMG!!! I have never tasted anything so delicious! I may be addicted to this awesome bakery! I don't think that's such a great thing for me personally but I can promise that they will be seeing a lot more of us!
recently, we tried ganache bakery for the first time. They had a variety of tasty cookies and other pastries. My favorite was the lemon roll. It has a very tart strong lemon taste with a vanilla cream. Excellent. They also have some mouse filled pastries, which were light and excellent as well. ganache also offers coffee, cakes, and bread. I've also looked at, but haven't tried their wedding cakes and look forward to doing that. It's a small bakery but it's worth a try.

What a great addition to the neighborhood. My brother-in-law recommended this bakery and I ordered my parents 40th wedding anniversary cake from them. The cake was beyond our expectations. Jorge(the owner) suggested few changes and it worked in our favor. He customized it with edible gold leafs. I highly recommend them and will definitely order from them next time. Also, they have great pastries and cupcake.
