“A small, korean BBQ restaurant in a strip mall on Mt Prospect. We were greeting right away and sat at your table. The tables are separated and private from others. The servers was attentive and took our order quickly. Bottled water is sevred with every meal. We ordered the meat and seafood combo ( steak, chicken, shrimp, and squid) which it comes with a lot of meat. You get a dumping soup that was very filling. The meat is very well seasoned and cooks nicely on the grill. The side dishs were very good. I didnwish they had korean potatoe salad as one of the sode doshes. At the end they also give you ice cream bars. The food and service were amazing. The only negative thing I can say is that it does get smokey inside the restaurant. I definitely recommend coming here and will visit again myself.”

“We hosted a party at the Patina Wine Bar in Mt Prospect last weekend and cannot say enough great things about this place. The staff is so wonderful! Everyone was so nice and easy to work with. The food was all so delicious and I could’ve stayed hours later trying all the wonderful wines they had.”

1. Asked questions of Shoju, the owner brings beautiful bottle to show you and give a taste! This is better service than last night at 5 star Park Hyatt restaurant!

2. The Izakaya grill chicken skin & spicy pepper, 5 star presentation and taste. 5/5

3. The chilled tofu, 6 star presentation on an iced bucket, and for a steal price. 6/5

4. The simmer fish bone, good amount of fish collar, again nice presentation. 4/5

5. Fatty Salmon Nigiri, 5/5 So what’s the secret of make JP restaurant level sashimi VS the supermarket sashimi? Different level fish, or different knife cutting technique?

6. JP music at background and nice sushi bar seat, deco is 5/5.

I’ll be back for more. A new Gem in Chicago suburb. Must try, please. I’m concerned, they don’t have enough customer to sustain their current food quality / service / price level.

“The Ribs were to die for. They fall off the bones. The BBq sauce has the perfect amount of bite. It's not spicy, just a pleasant lil tang. The chocolate cake for dessert had the right amount of moister. I just wish it had a few more slices of strawberries. Even without the extra berries. I would get it again.”

“First time at this location as we were visiting my son and daughter in law and was truly disappointed about dinner . Ordered herb crusted chicken with a side kick of shrimp and got a plain grilled chicken breast and let manger know and she offered nothing but got a new actual herb crusted chicken 15 minutes later after everyone was about done with dinner ! Been to Texas by our house several times and ordered this same thing and never got this kind of service ! Not even a sorry let me make it right !”

“Our family always enjoys Tuesday nights at Moretti's in Mt. Prospect. Service from Armando is always great. Various pizzas we order are always very good. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. We have also dined there on other days and totally enjoyed our food and the service. This is really a great restaurant for singles and families!”

I will definitely put it on my agenda to go back even if I have to make special 2 hour trips from my house a couple times per year for that experience!!!! For many years in the early 1990’s I worked at Moti Mahal on Belmont for the Sikand family and while I have never found any Restaurants Chicken Makani as good as ours was when cooked by Chef Nano but Trilokah put a different spin on their version with a sauce probably not as sweet but while watching ones sugar that is good and this version had so much meat and I Loved That in an era currently where many restaurants try to cheat you on meat and add extra vegetables - I actually got a dish better than what I had hoped for! Just Awesome!!!!”

My husband noticed they advertised catering on their building, so we thought we should reach out for our kiddos 1st Birthday Party. They DID NOT disappoint! Marcie responded to emails promptly. She was very accommodating with adding extra food last minute (86 guests), and their hot dog cart was such a nice touch for our baseball themed party. Our guests loved the hot dogs and mini Italian beef sandwiches! We were even able to accommodate our vegan guests with hot dogs too! “Their burgers are great! Every ingredient in a burger was fresh and tasty. I’ve visited other allocations too, but I specifically like this location because of their services. The manager-looking-guy was working so hard to make sure everything was running smoothly. He cared not just about their food but also the bathroom and everything. Thanks to him and other staff, the floor and tables were all clean and we were able to spend a very good time here. One thing we noticed at the end of our dine in was there were only four guys instead of five guys at the front.”

“Love their food but some improvement is needed with ordering. I’ve had 2 issues which I wasn’t going to mention the first one but after today I decided to write about it so maybe Managment can see and tweak things a bit. First issue a while ago (I think about 5-7 months ago) I ordered a plain cheeseburger with fries and bottled water. Drive away from the drive-through and as I get ready to eat my food 10 min later I realize they didn’t put cheese on it. So I drove back and said I asked for a plain cheeseburger and you guys forgot to put the cheese on. Girl says ok and gets me a new one. Drive away and I park in front of the store to just take a peak and guess what. Again no cheese. Burgers have no cheese. Cheeseburgers have cheese. A plain cheeseburger gets nothing else except for cheese. A plain burger is just a bun and the burger patty. I just wanted to eat so I moved on and ate my plain burger. Today I ordered a Buffalo ranch chicken salad but I asked if I can have the chicken grilled instead of the breaded one and they gave me chicken without Buffalo sauce. If they weren’t sure they could have asked but this wasn’t for me. And this was not their first time ordering this item but they’ve never had an issue so somehow this message was confusing either to the kitchen or how it was rung in. This was ordered at 5:04:50 PM on 2/10/2022 receipt DT98. Order Id: AAANPKMJAQAH at the 861 E. Rand Rd. My. Prospect location. We didn’t have the energy to drive back and get the right chicken. Again, we love your food but these things shouldn’t keep happening. Thank you”

“This tiny hidden gem has the best tamales I think I've ever eaten you can buy them but it doesn't have dozen or singles if you like they have three types the pepperoni and cheese ironically the red one is chicken and the green one is pork and the green ones very spicy but they are absolutely delicious each and every one. It doesn't is 33.00 and well worth it. But you have to get there early cuz they sell out fast. This is going to sit down and eat restaurant you go in and buy your tamales and roll out.”
