When I come to visit family this is the place my aunt orders from. Last time at thanksgiving it was really bad like uncooked pizza. But this time it was great ordering it well done is the way to go! Chicago staple enough said. Can't beat it unless you go into the city!!Service is always great at this location we have been coming here for years and years... let me not age myself ;)
A good Lou's pizza is always welcome. Only issue at this location is the waiting time and waiting area are very cumbersome. I arrived a few minutes early from the time that was on my receipt, just to wait almost 15 minutes while staff and other customers shuffled around the overcrowded waiting area. What's the point of having a pickup time if everyone is just waiting for 15 minutes? It could have been a busier day than normal, but I've never had this issue at other Lou pickup...read full review

My customer service when I went in Person (with apology for my spelling). Marlena took our order in person at the store as we seniors try to please our grandkids. She was patient and amazing as we tried to figure out the best combination for multiple ages..
