This has always been my go to Subway, and I've never had any issues. However, this last time was a terrible experience. I placed an order for two footlong sandwiches on the app. When I went to pick up my order, I gave them my name and they said there was no order with that name. I showed them my order, and the order was right behind the counter with my name at the top. I was a little bit annoyed, but I was willing to look past it. When I got home, I opened the bag to find that the two sandwiches had their toppings swapped. I went back to the restaurant to tell them what happened, and I brought the subs and the receipt, but they said there was nothing they could do. After trying for a couple minutes, they agreed to give me two six inches instead. But I paid for footlongs, and I told them that and showed them the receipt. After about ten minutes of just trying to get what I paid for, they rudely agreed. I work in a restaurant, so I'm very understanding when there's a mistake with my food. But I shouldn't have to argue with the staff just to get what I paid for. Absolutely terrible customer service, and I will not be returning to my once favorite Subway.

Sent my kid there. Order cost $11.09. kid gave $20. Got $7 back. Called restaurant and said.it was from change shortage. You'd think they would eat the $0.09 for a kidI hear from others they were doing this.to kids even before the pandemic. Who wants to patronize a place that rips off kids?

Came to this store today 12/23/23 around 2pm first need to use the rest room and then I was going buy sumting but the lady right way reply to me no public restroom her she is mean and there is another gentleman need to use the restroom and she finally open the the restroom for borth with a key this is how you guys treat the customer keep the restroom close all time nice job

Like you call this a sandwich? This is slop. I couldn’t eat cause it fell apart all over me. And I asked for toasted and wasn’t. This place is absolutely terrible. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here unless you like slop. SMH.

Clean location with attentive and welcoming staff. Central location is easily accessible and was able to find parking with relative ease during lunchtime. Would gladly eat here again in the future.

The store was closed at 8:40pm even though Google says the store closes at 9pm, the sign on the door says the store closes at 10pm.

I went to the subway on Saturday 5/13 @12:10. There was a one guy working by himself and it was too busy. Even it was busy, he made my perfect sandwiched and I loved it the way he talk with the customers and making sandwiches ?.Highly recommended this place, best subway to go. Good food and amazing customer service ?

Mt. Prospect Subway reviewOn Sunday night I stopped by the Subway in Mt. Prospect hoping to order a sandwich. I arrived at 8:00 P.M. to find that all of the restaurant doors were locked, yet the posted closing time was 10:00 P.M. Inside, I saw an employee at the counter and knocked on the door. They looked up but then began to ignore me as I knocked on the door again. I continued knocking on the door for a few more minutes and the employee continued to completely ignore me.Since the phone number for Maitali Patel, the owner, was posted on the door, I called them and explained that the store was apparently closed and that the only employee was blatantly ignoring me. After being on hold for a few minutes, I was informed that the restaurant had to close early due to a plumbing issue, but it sounded like some lame excuse. The employee seemed to be laughing, made a sandwich and then turned out the lights and left as I was standing outside.When did it become okay to ignore customers? If this restaurant doesn't want my business there are plenty other options but it would have been helpful if the employee could have let me know what was going on. Instead, I was completely ignored. The last time I ordered a sandwich at this location, the employees were much more friendly. From now on, I'll be glad to spend my money at other restaurants where I don't get ignored by a rude employee with a carefree attitude.Here's a suggestion: maybe the next time a customer knocks on the locked door, just be polite and take the time to communicate with them instead of pretending they're not there. What is so wrong with that?

The service at this location is a joke. I called to ask a question and get the managers name, the man who answered, kept asking me why I wanted the name. After ensuring him that I was not trying to get him in trouble, I simply wanted the name. He put me on hold for nearly 4 minutes. When I finally did get to speak to someone else. They hung up the phone on me 4x in a row. I called a 5th time and she said the managers name was "Natalie". I could hear laughing and after explaining to this person "Natalie manager" that I was not trying to get anyone in trouble I just wanted to speak to a manager about possibly getting a job. She said they were not hiring. I found it very peculiar because I had called about a week prior inquiring about a job and this same person told me they WERE hiring. I am outside of their religion race and culture. It seems as if they do not want to hire anyone who doesn't fit in their circle. This is very unsettling and the world needs to stop this racism. I was simply trying to get a job in my neighborhood for extra cash. I didn't try the food because I heard stories from neighbors that the food was tiny, Smashed, stale and the service was terrible. ?
