Went to pick up my online order, and received only one of every item I ordered 2 of.. luckily I just had to point that out and they fixed it there, but this is a regular occurrence.. Additionally I got my drinks with the correct labels and wrong contents, I should have checked them before leaving and was shocked to be drinking coffee instead of chai.. Again they fixed it quick but now after wasted time my food was cold.. Like I said this is par for the course here.
I visit this Dunkin multiple times a week. Even though they're often short staffed, the food and drinks are always perfect, staff is friendly, the line moves quickly. Alex is my favorite employee, she's so sweet.
