Nikko's is our go to place for gyros. Peter and his family are always friendly. Love the gyros/ chicken combo plate with Greek potatoes. Have been going to Nikko's since they were downtown on Diversey.

The food was good and I can't complain about the taste and quality of the food. Unfortunately my standards of cleanliness were not met. The entry ways leading into the restaurant looked like they have been swept or mopped in a long time and the dining area should have been cleaner. The good thing is you can see where they cook the food, and the area appeared to be clean. I would have probably given the restaurant a five star rating if it had been cleaner. Unfortunately I will be hesitant in coming here again due to the condition of the restaurant.

The food was good and you get a decent amount for what you pay for. We had actually planned to go somewhere else but then ended up here and decided to try it. Glad we did, it was good food. Fries were a bit soggy by the time we got around to eating it (we did carry out), but that's no fault of theirs. Service was quick and speedy. I got the gyros and it was good. No complaints.

Delicious, fast, and always freshly prepared, their food is really good. I love their patty melts and Greek salads. Their gyros, saganaki (Greek cheese cooked on the grill), and Greek potatoes are also excellent.

I had such a really good time in this restaurant. I stumbled on this spot and decided to grab a bite. At first, I really thought that this was a good spot because they have a very large menu with a variety of options, like with literally everything that there is to eat in a restaurant. The staff here are very nice, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I asked what the best things they had were and the staff said that it would definitely be their gyro and their chicken. I kind of got interested and curious at the same time with their gyros, so I ended up ordering their gyros plate. Service was really fast, like the food was served after a few minutes. I honestly liked their gyros plate, and for me, it was really delicious. It also tastes fresh, as in everything on the plate tastes fresh and good, especially the flavorful and tender meat. It also comes with a generous portion. Its price is definitely a good price for it and definitely reasonable because it was delicious and it was served with a generous portion as well. I really like this restaurant. I only tried this once, but I will definitely be back for more since they still have a lot of food that I haven't tried yet. Highly recommended.

This place is PHENOMENAL!! Me and my wife eat here probably 2-3 times a week. Never gets old. Always tastes amazing. A family owned business that knows how to be courteous to customers and ALWAYS delivers with amazing flavor. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. Best Grecian food in the northern suburbs.

This is one of my go to delivery options when I'm traveling for work in the North Chicago area. Food has been consistently fresh, delicious and served in generous portions. I'm partial to their gyro options and usually either get the sandwich or the chicken & gyro plate if I'm extra hungry. Would definitely recommend Nikkos if you're in the area!

Hard to find good gyros now days. This place does it right! Both sandwich and plate are great. Greek salad with chicken breast is another good option. If you're in ML, VH, BG area, worth the drive!

Ordered takeout for dinner. Picked up on time. Italian sausage was old (like lunchtime old) Chicken kebab was not larger chunks but cut up little pieces and had also been sitting around. Disappointed this time but when we had dined in, the food was good.

This place used to be so much better now they can't get orders right. The menu is outdated so the last time I ordered I picked three things in a row they no longer have. I can't have grilled onions because they tear up my stomach. The last two times I told them three times raw onion and got grilled anyway. If I go back it will be for my SO to get gyros on a Sunday since his favorite place is closed on Sunday.
