Since the pandemic began, they bring the pizza quickly and hot; the delivery person always wearing gloves and a mask. When we picked up instead, a few months ago, they had hand sanitizer in the store.
I have never received a courtesy call from any place i have ordered from. Today Jared from Pizza Hut was kind enough to let me know that they were running 15-20min behind and he said that he didn't want me to be kept waiting with no answer as to why my order was late. I have given them 5 stars because Firstly the food is phenomenal and Secondly the hospitality of it's workers is outstanding. I wish more places around here were as polite as Pizza Hut of Mundelein.
