AWFUL STAFF! I witnessed a worker drop a pizza on the floor and say "if the customer wasn't here, I'd just put it in the box". Another worker was filling up garlic seasoning for breadsticks over my open pizza box and spilled seasoning all over my pizza when there is a garlic allergy. They talked back and refused to remake my pizza. They charged me twice. The worker are awful and high. Never going back again

Worst pizza experience I've ever had. I'm not hard to please at all, but this was so bad. I ordered online, easy order, one pizza and pan of brownies. Pizza was delivered with some breadsticks. I called right away, and the guy that answered the phone was so high he could barely have a conversation. I explained that we didn't receive the $9 pan of brownies. Then there was no response at all just breathing. I had to repeatedly ask hello? over and over thinking maybe the line was bad. Then he finally responds with a bored huh? What? So I repeat it all. Another long pause, then "so, like, do you want a credit on your account or something?" (Said very slowly and hard to understand). I told him no we would like the brownies. He said "oh, ok....I'll send him out with them when he gets back". Then hangs up. We waited up really late, thinking someone was coming, but nope. Nothing and no call, they just blew us off. Our pizza was also delivered all smashed to one side of the box. The delivery kid was nice, but clearly he has terribly leadership at that location. It was pretty ridiculous. Never ordering from here again. I'll stick to other chains.

What? This pizzahut makes the best crusty pepperoni pizza ever. I killed it. It was so good and so fresh! I dont understand how it has 2 starts here. I usually only eat 2 slices but today i had 6 lol thank you!! Im super happy right now theres my proof right there

Ordered pizza at 7:03 pm. Personnel advised 1-1/2 hr if I chose delivery so I advised we would pick up. Was advised pick up in 35 minutes. Arrived for pick up at 7:35 pm, waited until 8:10 pm still no pizza. Wound up asking for our money back as we never got pizza. Disappointing!!!! Hungry!!!!!!

Since the pandemic began, they bring the pizza quickly and hot; the delivery person always wearing gloves and a mask. When we picked up instead, a few months ago, they had hand sanitizer in the store.

The pizza is good. The delivery guy is the nicest person. Jakob had to wait for me to find my wallet in the cold. Just smiled and played with my dogs.
They forgot to make my order and didn't even have the courtesy to tell me and the j*** who took my order left to deliver a pizza and also left my soda sitting on the counter for the 20 minutes MORE I was sitting around waiting for my order. Im so pissed off right now.

Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut. I wasn't expecting Malnatis but I placed my order online early and when I arrived to pick it up, there was only one person working and she hadn't even started it yet. Not her fault but needs much better management.

Worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to. The girl who gave me my order was completely rude and disrespectful. The food was absolutely disgusting cold bland and just flat out nasty. This place needs some new employees... also the girl clearly has no idea how to count money because she didn't give me the correct change back either. Her name was Megan. Maybe some new management will get this place up and running correctly

Awful!! Tried because of their 50 % off special. The thin crust pizza was the hardest pizza I have ever had! It was so dry barely any sauce the chicken was cardboard and you couldn't even taste the butter garlic crust!! The pasta noodles were over cooked and gross. Then we got the cheesy brradstickd. I'm sorry what cheese!?! It was dried over cooked just a hot mess!! No one wanted to finish the food and had a ton of left over. Ugh NEVER eating at pizza Hut again, especially this location Would pick domino's or little Cesar's any day!!! Just gross
