Another great cookie experience with Cookies by Design in Naperville! I placed my order with Colleen via telephone due to an ordering glitch on the website. Colleen was outstanding and the cookies were fabulous...as usual. Next time I'm going to try their cupcakes. They look amazing. And the shoppe smelled so good!

The folks at CBD Naperville (Ana, Lisa, Colleen) are INCREDIBLE. The cookie basket they created for my son's congratulatory party was over-the-top spectacular. The cookies themselves are very tasty. The cookies are always fresh and arrive when they say they will. Everyone I have sent them to has loved them. I think sending cookies is a unique way to say everything that flowers say and then some. The designs on the cookies are just gorgeous and tasty. I ordered some for a party I had so the women and I could taste them. I ordered a flower so each could take one home. We all loved them not just for the beauty but I got calls from them all telling me how tasty they were. I don't send flowers anymore. Seeing is believing. I was afraid the cookies wouldn't arrive on time but the box arrived exactly as promised. Overnight shipped. My Husband loved the anniversary basket. Beautiful. Packaged so well too, not a single broken cookie and my delivery guyregularly throws my packages on my porch. Haha! The cookies are soooo delicious we cannot stop eating them. 10/10 . Ty Naperville store. Best Anniversary ever!
I needed a basket of cookies for a 1st Communion. I looked on the website for some ideas.I did not see any I liked but when I called and asked for some suggestions, the person I spoke with was happy to text me over several pictures. I was happy with the pictures and picked several of the cookies for my basket. They always do such a great job with how the cookie looks and tastes. Also they are very quick with turning around an order. Thank you!!

Expensive but delicious alternative to flowers. The website is misleading in that it often shows "Starting at $21..." but there is nothing at that low price; starting price is often 50% more and up. The delivery fee is pretty high. Then there's a mystery service fee on top of that. There was a 15% discount sitewide offer but it was not honored--claimed I was ineligible because I got there through some 3rd party link which was false. So if you can go to the store to pick it up, go. Call ahead and see if you can get a better deal without the website's false discount offers and mystery service fee.
