“I went to this location about 10 minutes after closing. I didn't know it was closed and the workers were still there. I walked away and the manager came and got me from my car and said that he would still make a sandwich. I asked was he sure and he told me yes. He made me one sandwich and offered a new pre made sandwich with salami on the house. The food was still fresh and his entire staff was nice.“
“I needed to eat, if I would have waited any longer I was going to be hangry. I always forget that this Jimmy John's is here as it's rather hidden in this strip mall. I forgot that they have a rewards program, and I completely guessed what phone number I signed up with. I couldn't tell you how many points or if I'm close to reaping any rewards but I'm closer to getting something for free, I assume. I knew my sandwich was going to be ready freaky fast and it sure was. I hadn't even filled up my cup and my order was ready. I was going to leave but I felt that hunger only growing stronger with every step. I sat and enjoyed the free smells, the free refills and the really clean table I sat at. I finished that sandwich faster than it could have been delivered. I said thank you and that's how it was. I'll repeat this visit someday and not get the gargantuan, that's a lot of food and was ready fast.“

“I ordered Jimmy John's the other day and somehow my order went through twice. Instead of the store calling me on my cell phone (which they have) to see if it was a mistake and cancel one; they decided to make the EXACT same order twice and just send it on out.Obviously I was surprised when he arrived with two bags and said, "they made it twice". But I felt bad for the guy so I guess now I'm paying for the stores laziness.Food was good, service is lacking. Any competent employee would have seen the duplicate and called the customer before potentially sending out a driver who may have to return the duplicate and waste his time... I didn't want to do that to the guy so I just took it.If it happens again, I will refuse the second order and demand a refund.UPDATE!Jimmy John's just called me and apologized and gave me a credit for the mistake.Way to go on making it right for the customer!That's how ya do business! ???“
