“The staff here are super nice and helpful. When we order for pick up, our food is always neatly packaged and tasty. If I forgot to order something for pick up, they're always quick to ring me up and make whatever I forgot. I don't think I've been in the store for longer than 5 minutes since the pandemic started, even if someone else is waiting - they're that fast!!! 100% will be back!!“
“Normally, I wouldn't give a fast food place a five-star rating, but this location in Wheaton surpassed my expectations today. I easily placed an order online. When I picked up my sandwich and opened it, I realized it wasn't what I'd ordered. So I thought. Upon returning to get a replacement, I discovered it was my mistake; I'd mixed up the order numbers. Without hesitation, they gave me the meat to put on my cheese sandwich. No extra charge. Good form. I'll be back. Thank you, Jimmy John's!“
