Terrible service. When I got there around 5:30 pm. There were several things they sere out of. I wanted Kung Pao Chicken which was empty. The tall guy working there told me that they "are making it" and it'll be ready in 5 or 6 minutes, so I decided to wait. Even though there were several bowls that sere empty or almost empty, there was only 1 person cooking. As I watched the guy cooking, he prepared 2 other things but not the Kung Pao Chicken. After waiting 10 minutes I asked the guy who had promised that it was being made, why did he lie to me, it's been over 10 minutes and they haven't even started the Kung Pao yet? This unscrupulous individual lied to me again and this time he had a pompous attitude as if mad at me for pointing out to him that he lied. This is obviously a very poorly run restaurant. The people working there are inefficient, rude, poorly trained and despicable liars. If it's going to take 20 or 25 minutes, you should be honest and let the customer know that ahead of time. Don't lie to people and tell them it's only 5 ot 6 minutes. The manager of this restaurant should either be fired or properly trained because someone doesn't understand the definition of "fast food".

Came in exactly at 8:30. They close at 9:30 so we had 1 hr before close. The line was empty and only had scraps. I mean nothing at all. We asked if anything else was coming out and they said no. So we got what they had left and what a mistake. It was so chewy and dried out. I am so confused cause they had an 1hr left and about 6 more people came in and I seen drive thru people as well we stayed in. So we watched the other customers get upset then finally 15 min left they made some fresh food?????? What really???? For poor managed. Hopefully this doesn’t fall on deaf ears. They need to be coached and trained better.

Burnt my honey walnut shrimp. Was my first meal after giving birth to my baby girl and it STUCKED. Panda Express is my favorite but the food was so greasy and inedible. By the time we were going to go back it closed.

the manager Alex is extremely rude. can’t even be bothered to answer the phone let alone address a customer service issue! i accidentally ordered from this location, and had to drive 30 minutes to come pick it up since he told the super kind staff over at the Darien location that he was unable to transfer or refund the order.it was my fault, so i didn’t mind driving. but when i got there, he had already given my order out to someone else, and refused to give me a refund, claiming he didn’t have the capability in store. and refused to make it again since it was over 30 minutes old! of course it was old, i just drove a half hour to pick it up!the staff at the Darien location tried to help me, but he refused to work with them and me, and hung up on them in the middle of the conversation! the shift lead Jesus from Darien was kind enough to call me back and follow up.After he rudely hung up on his fellow teammate, he said to me “i already refunded you, can i help you with anything else?” … i thought he didn’t have that capability?bottom line, don’t go to this location.

Absolutely the worst group of employees I’ve ever experienced. They refused to serve my and my son because the pseudo manager thought I was asking for free shrimp. I told him I would pay for it but he threw out the food I had already requested and told us to leave the store. He was the rudest little man. And all of his teenage cronies were just as bad. But I guess that what get from people with no education.

I’ve ordered online a few times within the last year and every time, I pick it up in the drive thru. I pulled up and they said they’d be with me in a moment. About 6 minutes later they finally get to me and I tell them I have an online order to which they told me I had to come inside… I don’t mind going inside but it’s so ignorant to make someone wait that long to be greeted just to be told to come inside… So I park and go inside and the pick-up shelf for online orders was all of 10 feet from the drive thru window, if that. It’s just the principal and the ignorance for me ? Soooo lazy

I rarely go here because every time I do, it’s sub-par. I ordered via the app and pickup was a 12 minute wait. The food was still late, even though the restaurant was not very busy. The food was also disappointing. Beijing beef was burnt or old and lacked sauce. Some of the beef simply had never been coated in sauce, and the rest had been sitting there so long, it had disappeared into the beef’s breading. They should’ve tossed that batch an hour previous. The orange chicken was ok while still having a slightly stale taste. I would recommend the white rice, that wasn’t screwed up like the rest of the food.

Came during a busy time but food still seemed old and or burnt. I went through the drive through and service was perfectly pleasant but when I got my food it was the most meh experience at a Panda. Such a shame as I really had a craving for it. If this is any indication of their standard you are better off going to H-mart and getting something that's made with some love and competence.
