Horrible service. Instructions clearly stated “call upon arrival”. When their calls and text failed to deliver, they left the food on my door step to get cold. When I requested a refund they refused, and hung up on me when I asked for a screenshot of their supposed texts/phone calls. I called back, asked for a refund, and he refused and called me prejudiced (I was not racist or culturally insensitive in any way, literally only talked about the delivery and the refund). Horrible restaurant with stuck-up staff. Their food is terrible, it’s why they need to stay open til 2AM salvage whatever customers they can.

This is the second time we ordered Sarpinos since Dec 25th and we are disappointed, we decided to give them another chance but some of the food is terrible. Mainly their Mac and cheese bites and Jalapeño poppers. We ordered that along with pizza on Dec 25th. It was to our surprise we opened the container to both looking like they were removed from the freezer and microwaved. They were doughy and not cooked and definitely not fried. We ended up throwing it out and just eating the pizza. We decided last night to again order and try again. We got pizza and Mac and cheese bites. Well they came exactly the same way. It legitimately looks as if they are removed from a freezer , have freezer burn and put in a microwave and then put in a container and sent off for delivery. I've NEVER see an establishment not deep fry that type of food. I did call today and the person on the phone stated they don't deep fry them they put them in the oven. I informed him they are barely cooked and asked if he had any other complaints and is this new and he said no to both. We won't be ordering again .

This is a chain pizza place in a strip mall. Lower your expectations, or just order from Rosati's.Likes: easy online ordering and customization, incl. choosing how the pizza is sliced. Wide variety of toppings and sauces. Includes dipping sauce.Dislikes: Regular crust is maybe a half step above Domino's, but thin crust is a complete joke. It may be thinner than regular but it isn't the crispy thin crust Chicago natives expect. Onions were raw and crunchier than the crust. Their sausage is an abomination- slices of cooked sausage like fat pepperoni but less flavor and texture like shoe leather.

Ordered thinking it was the closer location. Turns out the one on Genesis clossed for good. Tried calling for a refund or even a delivery but I was met with rude service. Tried talking to there suposive manager and he couldn't give my refund. Please help store owner, im at a los of money and I can't pic up my food.
