“Three of us went Saturday 2/17/2024 at 5pm and was seated immediately with no wait. When we left there at 6pm looked to be a full waiting area as well as a few outside so I'm glad we arrived when we did. This was our first time here as I had a taste for a lobster roll and after looking in a 20 mile radius this was the place I chose and it was a great sandwich full of flavor and the little cup of melted butter to dip it in was the first for me and I'm glad I tried it because it gave it that wow factor. Bloody Mary was good also and most of all the service was top notch from our soft spoken waitress with glasses and blue pony tail that made sure our drinks stayed full as well as food was as expected and hand down to the kitchen staff that got the food on the plate with good presentation bursting with flavor. Definitely will be going back again soon. If your looking for a lobster roll with lots to it I would definitely try this place.“

“I started this review ages ago and just noticed-having visited more than 5 years ago, my big takeaway from visiting was the passion and dedication of the two owners getting this unique bottle shop to open and thrive! They have a unique variety of handcrafted beers to satisfy any beer drinkers' taste preferences & I loved checking out how everything was thoughtfully displayed. I also loved their commitment to creating events for their community related to beer and otherwise. While I no longer live in the Chicago area, I remember wishing there was a place like Crafted closer to the apartment I lived in in Ukrainian Village. Owner Dan and his wife Kelli are the sweetest and provide great customer service and conversation!“

“Had a wonderful lunch for a monthly retired teacher group. Joe and Vicki gave us the room in the back. Our meals were fantastic and Paige, our server, was wonderful! We were celebrating a 70th birthday and we were treated to several amazing desserts. The service was above and beyond our expectations. We booked our Christmas party here in December.“
“Entertaining. I often go there when i work night shift for outages at Citgo. Ritchies has awesome Bloodys. Conversations are lively and they serve popcorn. Cheap entertainment at the bar. I also never say anything inflammatory or try to judge. Hey! Youre at a bar. People are out to relax and get things off their chest. Why try to judge? I just laugh or say neutral things. Its safer to stay in your own lane. I must say Uncle Ritchies is a good bar to stop. Mostly locals, but the barkeeps will take care of you. You wont feel ignored. Do stop!“
“The Wait staff and bartenders are friendly. Just don't go for the fish fry if you are hungry and don't have a bunch of time to wait. After 1.5 hours and several promises, I finally got the truth, I'm not getting food. After a couple more struggles they repayed me. I've had the fish in the past and it is very good. Just way to disorganized and unprepared for the crowds they get. They need a better system in place. I'll give it another shot but will go right when they open for hopefully better results.“
“This is not your typical ‘bar food’. Everything we have tried there is higher quality Restaurant Food. Bartenders … especially Artie and Kristy are attentive, efficient and fun ! The 0wner, Tommy is usually hanging around and is friendly and accommodating. Sometimes due to allergies I have to alter the menu a little and he doesn’t hesitate to switch things around a little… Do yourself a favor… stop in for a great meal and enjoy a friendly atmosphere.“

“This is a great sports bar to hang out at and have a few drinks. I love it because it has a dart board. There is also a pool table here too. Came here last night with my bf to see the live band and play some darts. The food I give 5 stars to Mr. Beef’s beef sandwiches. I don’t know how Mugshots food tastes because I only come for Mr. Beef’s sandwiches. The live band was okay. They played good music but it was kind of hard hearing the singers voice. The drinks here are made well. Friendly and great customer service here.“
“Not going to lie I do love me a good "dive" tavern however not one that is really "clique-ish" and give you dirty looks because you're not a regular. OPT fka as Gracie's is not that place. It's OLD and the decor is grandma's basement but we always have a fun time there. There are old timers; young'uns (depending on time of day / night) and every bartender I've ever encountered has been gracious. Pool is free and food is your burger/chips.“
“What a great experience! We rented the hall for a party. The people there are so friendly and out going. We had so much fun and made so many new friends. The grounds outside are just beautiful. We played bags, had a bon fire, and chatted with friends all night long.“

The bad: Flat soda, dirty soda gun, food is faster than the drinks, that drop off from the bar area to the patio by the door... I plan on revisiting again, its a great little hideaway!“
“I have been to Magpies 2 times and both good. On 1st visit I had the Rueben and chicken soup. Recommend both. The corned beef piled high on toasted marble rye. Delicious. “We live walking distance to Gattos and have developed somewhat of a love/hate attitude towards it over the years. But the other night my wife and I stopped in, and what a surprise!!! We were handed a MENU! Yes, a menu. No more twisting around trying to read the chalkboard. No more questioning the poor wait staff endlessly about the menu. Way to go Gatto's.“
