I usually order from rosatis new lenox delivery and I just wanted to say that Mike the delivery driver is such a nice guy! He always thanks me and is very personable! I wish customer service was what it used to be and we all know it's not. A little curtisy and just being nice goes a long way especially now days. Thanks Mike and Rosatis new lenox! I will order again!

This is the second week in a row my habanero wings had virtually zero habanero sauce on them. I was disappointed. This was a takeout order. The pizza and boneless bbq wings for my husband was very good.

Ordered a chicken parm sandwich on garlic bread ( it looked great on the website, French bread ). I recieved a pressed chicken breast on a hamburger bun with cheese. Absolutely awful!!!!! I called and the Manager was short and said it's a choice you can get it on round or French bread. I wasn't given that choice. I assumed that I get what's on the menu and not a McDonald's sandwich from an Italian restaurant. Low quality food. Not recommended
I've been to so many restaurants here in New Lenox and not a single place has a staff that comes close to Rosati's when it comes to helpfulness, kindness, or service. I've got some special dietary needs that aren't always easy to tackle. The staff is always wonderful with answering my questions and preparing our food in a way that is safe. Also, everyone seems so happy and seems to take pride in their work.If you have allergies, this is your place!

The bar is a hidden gem!! People are all kind and courteous. Their pizza is always great, and everything else I've ordered has also been top notch. Has a lot of TV's all around for games. Love this place!!
