“As a Korean, i think this place has the best 해물파전 (seafood pancake). I truly loved how crispy it was without being greasy, and how packed it was with juicy vegetables and a generous amount of seafood. Everyone should order it here!

We also got the fish roe and spicy cod soups which were perfect in the cold winter weather.

The people here are very friendly and we had a great meals thanks to them! Would definitely recommend this place for authentic good Korean food in Chicago :)”

“The sign says established in 1932, and every time I've driven by, I think I need to stop in. I finally did, and am kicking myself for wasted time. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The large bar and restaurant seating is comfortable and spacious. There is a variety of beers on tap, served in well-frosted glasses. We sat at the bar and I had one of the best burgers I've ever had, served with homemade chips. It was so good that I almost returned with another companion the next day!”

The food is traditional and authentic. There are a lot of delicious menu options. The atmosphere is also great, and the interior design is in a traditional Korean style. This place has been around for a while, and they know what they’re doing.

There’s also a karaoke lounge in the back with varying prices. It’s not the best karaoke spot but they have most recent songs available.”

“This place was SO good. We got Fry N Chicken to go and it was still hot and crispy when we got home. The chicken was super crunchy but juicy inside and actually seasoned really well, not bland at all. You can tell it’s fresh.

The fries were also really good crispy, not greasy, and nicely seasoned. Portions were solid and it definitely felt worth it.

Honestly, it reminded me of Raising Cane’s in Dubai. Not a lot of fried chicken spots around here are actually yummy, but this one really is. We were impressed and will for sure be coming back. 🍗🍟”

“Super friendly guys there. This was my 2nd Crumbl stop tonight as the 1st one off Golf (across from golf mill mall) did not honor my free bulls mini cookie. They said they didn’t have any chocolate chip cookies. So I called the one off Touhy Ave in Niles and the fellow named Cesar was super friendly and helpful and said they’d honor it. So I drove there and they did! At the store, Cesar was super friendly and the other fellow working there too. So nice compared to the employees at the Crumbl near me in Skokie. I avoid that location at all costs! They (Skokie location) have no customer service skills and would benefit from some training in customer service. Could learn a thing or two from Cesar and his coworker.”

It'd be easier to eat if the bacon was inside the sandwich instead of being right on top but not a big deal. They have corn dogs and tanghulu that alot of other people ordered but I didn't try those.”

The orange chicken was excellent, almost perfect — crispy, saucy, and packed with flavor. The honey shrimp had good flavor too, but the texture was way too hard, likely from being over-battered or double-fried.

Overall, it’s a solid spot for Chinese takeout — good portions, tasty food, and friendly service. Definitely a place I’ll keep in my back pocket for when we’re craving takeout again!”

“Happy 2026! This is my first video review, and I’m starting strong with Vince’s Pizza in Niles, IL. Hands down, this is the best pizza spot I’ve had in the Chicagoland area. In my opinion, it’s as good as, if not better than, Pantaleone’s in Denver, Colorado. The quality of the pizza is outstanding. It easily surpasses every slice I tried at Pizza Fest Chicago 2025. Vince uses incredibly fresh ingredients, and it shows in every bite. The crust is exceptional, honestly on par with some of the best pizza spots in NYC. Service is top-notch. Vince himself is the owner, chef, cashier, and server, which adds a personal touch you don’t find often. He’s friendly, welcoming, and happy to offer recommendations based on what you like. It’s no surprise he’s been a multiple-year Pizza Wars winner. On top of that, the pricing is unbeatable for the size and quality, easily better value than places like Rosati’s, Viccino’s Pizza Company, and Giordano’s. The ambiance feels like stepping into an old-school neighborhood pizza shop. It’s nostalgic, warm, and refreshing, something that’s becoming harder and harder to find. Final recommendation: Try the pizza by the slice (it’s massive basically a quarter of a pie), the Vince’s Special, or the Meat Lovers. You’ll leave more than satisfied and definitely wanting to come back. Highly recommend supporting this amazing small, local business.”

“This is a Korean Soup counter at the food court of the Park N Shop in Niles, IL. They have some of the best Korean Soups in the Chicago area. The Galbi Tang (Beef soup) is especially good. Also very goog beef and pork Bulgogi. All meals served with rice, excellent kimchi and soup (if ordering Bulgogi). We have been dining here or getting takeout here for 10 years and never had a bad meal.”

“We have been going there for over a year on the first Friday of every month to see the free live music! It is always a great time and family friendly. The kids really get into the music. The band is excellent, providing music of all genres. If they have live music every Friday, we would be there every Friday! The staff is great and the food above average! “The shop is located inside the HMart. I ordered a decaf almond milk latte (dietary restrictions on dairy and caffeine for a while). Hands down, one of the only places I've ever been to where the almond milk doesn't taste fake, and have that plastic/chemically after taste. I frequent coffee shops like there's no tomorrow and have tried tons of milk alternatives when I was staying off dairy and I was really impressed. Idk if they use a specific brand or what but it tasted great and usually they just taste ok. This really scratched my latte itch. The girls at the counter were also super nice. Pleasantly surprised! Our top three favorites are the popcorn chicken cupbob, the beef brisket jjamppong, and the beef brisket jajangmyeon. The popcorn chicken cupbob is a must-try—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly paired with rice and japchae. The beef brisket dishes are rich, comforting, and packed with bold flavor, and the portions are big enough that sharing is easy (and encouraged). One bowl is more than enough for two people.

The spice level of the jjamppong is just right—not too spicy, just the kind that warms you up and makes winter feel a little more bearable. Add fast, friendly service, and you’ve got a winning combo.

If you’re already at H Mart or hunting for a food court gem with big flavors and even bigger portions, this spot is definitely worth a stop—and probably a repeat visit.”
