The MOST disrespectful subway I've EVER encountered. Lady TOLD me my sandwich was done and proceeded to cut my sandwich in half in front of me after telling her I wanted more sauces.Also, Lady used 2 half full scoops on Stake for a Footlong Stake n Cheese sandwich. Rip off and disrespectful

I frequently went to this subway for my lunch, most of the time at least twice a week. Until recently always had same 2 people there and I could only praise their attitude and service. I went there other day when a lady I havent seen yet was working and no complaints till I had to pay. I saw a total on screen that was above what I normally pay and said something to her but she assured me it wasn't my total. I tapped my card and got my receipt to see the amount I saw before was my total and my receipt said I gave a tip. I asked her about it and she said I must have tapped the screen and gave tip when I didn't even get the option to tip. She told me when you tap your card you automatically give a tip, which has never happened to me before and I saw the total before I even tapped my card. I asked for refund and she and another lady said they couldn't and then thanked me as I leave. Do Not Go to this subway, or always check what the total on register before paying because they tell you your total without tip and then they rob you.

Worst BMT ever! You built it upside down duhhh. The bread sucked too. Someone needs a retrain. Follow the M.O.P. You must have the book. I suggest you read it. If I'd noticed your 2.9 rating before deciding on subway I would have never even touched your door handle to begin with.

My sandwiches ordered through the app were not prepared at all like I had ordered, no cheese even..... I would assume that I had asked for provolone but they didn't have it, they just decided to give me none. No giardinara as requested, no onions , maybe they had difficulty following directions. Then I guess they shouldn't be employed at a restaurant then. Terrible, there are other Subways in the area that can follow directions, will travel out of my way just to get the order correct.

There was an Indian woman who was very uncomfortable with her dirty clothes with whole and bad manners, i received very unpleasant service. The sandwich that I ordered was not tightly rolled, so all the ingredients in the bread spilled out.

The indian dude does not pay attention and keep asking me what I want on my sandwich. He keep forgetting what I said and keep asking me same questions over and over. He has mental problem and should be replaced with nice mentally healthy person. The indian dude at the cash register does not thank or say anything to customers. He just take money. He should be also replaced. Only weird indians are here. I do not recommend here.
