Took 2 hours to get me a pizza that was absolutely terrible. I mean I got a pretty low bar for enjoying pizza but come on haha. Greasy and chewy.. and not in a good way. Like chewing rubber. Kept getting voicemail as I was trying to figure out where it was.

The Big New Yorker was great. Way better than any other Pizza Hut pizza I've had in years. Keep this on the menu, PLEASE! I would order way more often.

It was an evening for mom and dad to go out and grandma to watch the kids. I called to order pizza and etc, I spoke to Keith who helped me step by step and then figure out how to fill my order with coupons. He was awesome and the children loved the food. thank you, keith.

Terrible experience. Tried to order by phone, was disconnected half way through the first time. The second time everything went through and the order was placed. This was all with a call center in India as confirmed by store management. I waited an hour and a half and no food, during this time I called the store repeatedly to attempt to add a tip to my card, no answer, just kept giving me voicemail and then hanging up. I finally called the South Main location only to be told they had heard the North Main location was closed and they were getting multiple complaint calls from people like me. The store was closed the whole time yet this call center took the order and my payment. I never received the food. Waiting on a refund now. Horrible service, and outsourcing jobs to India, what a combination!

Placed an order for my teenager's hotel party, ended up needing to be delivered thru a 3rd party company and they picked up the food and never delivered. I spoke with the General Manager Michelle twice and she was extremely kind. Her customer experience is one of a kind, she was so apologetic made it right got me my food and gave me a deal. Much appreciated Michelle you saved the party ?? ?

Pizza was cold and made wrong, ordered meatball and extra cheese, it had some meatballs on it but very little cheese, it was delivered through doordash instead of their own delivery person which i didn't agree to and wouldn't have if informed of it, and it took forever for them to make the delivery, the pizza was ice cold by the time we got it, called to complain and the guy said to bad and hung up

Order initially arrived cold due to Dasher driver delay. Manager Carlos responded immediately, apologized and sent fresh, hot order very quickly. Service and Quality were exceptional!! Family was very happy. Thank you, Carlos & Team!!
