This Starbucks is very busy at times. However, the quality of the items is always well prepared.The only thing is when ordering a drink and food, I wish they would hand all items together. One time, I ordered a coffee & breakfast sandwich, but only gave me the coffee first. I had to ask about the breakfast sandwich.Other than that, the store is spacious. I only went through the drive through after placing an online order. I didn't expect to be in a line of cars wrapped around the block and waiting for over 45 minutes. My food and coffee were cold by the time I finally got to the window. I'm not sure what's going on but I wonder if there might be room for some logistical improvements.

Floor were a little dirty, random people who come touching other people's cup to check names, but if not theirs... you're following behind someone else's dirty hands on YOUR cup... not hygienic to me!
