Can't go wrong with Steak 'n Shake! I was on an out-of-town trip with a group for work. It was very nice to be able to let my people order one at a time from the kiosk and personalize their order without pressure to hurry. Very clean and bright inside. We placed an order for 8 and it didn't take very long to get our food. My burger was a little too crispy and not enough juicy. Manager took my order, paid cash didn't get receipt. Had to pull forward to wait for food. Manager hands me my order, missing fries. I have to go into building. Grill guy greats me nicely and requested my missing fries to Manager. Manager hands me my fries, I say thank you and he says nothing. Grill guy was nice and had better customer service than this so called Manager who couldn't bag 2 burgers and 3 fries correctly.Fries appear to be overcooked and burger was missing bacon.

Had not eaten at SteaknShake in a while. It's kind of disappointing that there is no longer any waitstaff, and all orders go thru a touch screen. And have to use a barcode to get drinks? Yuck.
