“I was nearby running an errand when I spotted this place and took a chance and it paid off. The chicken shawarma sandwich was delicious. It took sometime to make but was really tasty and fries were crispy and hot! The lady took care of my famished tummy and was very sweet to talk to. Highly recommend it if you’re around.“
“City tap and grill is very unassuming in every way. Let me get into it!The food here was very good. I got the buffalo chicken wrap with fries and the chicken and the seasoning in the sauce was on point. And the fries were perfectly wrapped. The service was great since my friend and I sat at the bar and the bartenders were very attentive. Seeing them make drinks and test to make sure the drinks were good did show me that they really did care for how the drinks came out. The atmosphere or ambiance like I like to all it, hands down the what music I have ever been able to listen to while eating at a restaurant. The era of different music was great. Really kept the place vibing!Overall, I will say give City Tap and Grill a shot for great music while you are able to enjoy your meal!“

“I have visited this location 3 times in the past week and I am very pleased with the overall service and restaurant appearance.My appearance is unconventional and I normally am treated poorly everywhere I shop/eat.Not here.They are kind and helpful.I am able to use the restroom as needed without having to disclose my medical conditions,The food is always ready fast and they have never messed up my order.The lobby and bathrooms are always clean.I have been in retail management for 10+years and am seldom impressed. “This place is a good spot. It's usually busy, but they always seem to sit you down fast enough and take your order. Food is delicious and the staff is very kind and helpful. One of my favorites here is the steak omelette, I highly recommend it and yes that's how they spell it haha.“
“Always have a great time at this Red Robins. Service is friendly, food is good, place is clean, and decor is fun. Table was wobbly and the manager came right around and fixed it like a mechanic. Good place. A long time ago the only Red Robin around was at Woodfield. Nice to have around.“
