I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Potbelly! The fresh ingredients and crunchy hot peppers added a delightful kick to my meal. My only minor disappointment was the absence of an option to add vinegar to my sandwich. Occasionally, the lines can be a bit long, but the taste of the A WRECK sandwich made it all worthwhile. Five stars for the delicious food and friendly staff!
Sloppily made sandwiches overly mayo'd and sauces dripping like goo, got the order wrong thrice even though all was clearly presented in the order line. Cashier was on point. We thank him. Get it together the rest of you. You're ruining a perfectly good spot with your lackadaisical behavior.
