“Most in our group had a wonderful meal...chicken sandwiches, and tuna poke bowl. Also flatbread appetizer and brownie dessert were wonderful. However my quinoa burger was not very good. First of all it fell apart when, after cutting in half, I tried to pick it up. And just not much flavor. Was disappointed in that. Other issue was that most everyone had a taste for pasta, and mac and cheese was the only pasta option.“

“First timer here and I will be back. Great service— perhaps due to time of day and it not being busy— but the servers were constantly asking/making sure I had enough side dishes and/or if I needed anything else.My meal came with refillable tea which was very nice. I got the bulgogi bento box and it was really delicious and worth the money for everything I got on my plate. I would love to try some of their other staple dishes as well.The vibe of the place was nice; they had k-pop music playing and a very clean aesthetic. I’ll def add this restaurant to my rotating list of staple places to eat at.“
“The food was delicious. The chef really puts his whole heart into the food, a very large selection. When it comes to alcohol, there is wine and beer if you feel like it. The restaurant is very nice and spacious. There is room for more people. Large parking lot.“
“I have never had a bad meal from Gnarly. I have been going here for a few months now and I'm just obsessed. Do yourself a favor and check out the specials. Their barista is a freaking genius when it comes to their specialty drinks. I would eat here everyday if I could. If you love soft pretzels gnarly is the place to be.“

The stuffing and mashed patotes were also delicious .We go in at least once a week and everything we have had from here has been delicious. “Almost everything is home made. Everything I’ve eaten here is fantastic. If it was located closer to me I’d probably eat here once or more a week. No alcohol. I recommend any dumpling. Big bowl wonton soup is 10/5. Huge huge bang for your buck. “So I was literally at work like a normal day (service porter) and I had to drop off the owner to zoup. I had no intention in getting food but he offered me a free meal. I loved the food and will definitely bring friends and family to visit. If you like Panera this is waaaaay better! You’ll love zoup!!!!Kid-friendliness: There was no cursing or bad vibes. This is most definitely a family environment!“
“I never write reviews but this one was warranted. The service here was excellent and the turnaround was fast but the Carnitas were outstanding!!! My husband had a gordita de asada and it was exceptional. We'll be coming back for the Pozole on Saturday!! Highly recommended this place.“

“The food and ambiance was amazing. To start the complimentary chips and salsa was very good. Although some chips were a little too salty. I had the Taco platter (carne asada and 2 chicken tinga), double rice (no beans). The carne asada was a tad dry, while the chicken tinga was delicious! The rice was good, but a tad bland and required a healthy dose of salsa. Service was good, but slow at times. Overall, very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant.“
“This place is great! We've been ordering here once a week for a least the last 6 weeks. Orders are ALWAYS correct. Food is consistently good. Service is on point, friendly and upbeat. We haven't eaten inside the restaurant however when picking up, all areas you can see are clean and well maintained.“
“We buy crispy smelt to go here and those are the best! So cruspy even the nect day. Second time we dined in last night. All the food we ordered are authentic chinese and so delicious. We ordered hongkong steak, kung pao chicken- perfectly cooked and the sauce and spiciness is not overpowering.; yeong chow fried rice is yummy too, salt and pepper chicken is not what we expected. We were expecting a chicken but this is chicken strips covered in batter but it turned out really good too. Service is fast and tge owner is akways nice. The place is a typical chinese restaurant with round rables and booth. They just need to remove the table where they put the bakery products, it's just in the way when you walk to the tables.“
“Went looking for a Clam Chowder last week and found it at Starship. My husband and I enjoyed it- it was so delicious. It was slightly creamy and had a wonderful amount of clams and potatoes in it. The best part was the bit of “heat” in the chowder. For me the heat manifested itself at the back of the throat, a lovely warm sensation. ( maybe pepper?) The chowder was seasoned perfectly, the texture was great and they are always generous with the bread and crackers. Best clam chowder I have had outside of Boston. I almost felt guilty enjoying my meal so much on a Friday in lent, did not feel like I was giving up anything?it was That good!“

“I love the Olive Garden. Our server, Kevin, was attentive and out of sight! Wish all servers were like him. The salad and breadsticks are always awesome! The spaghetti is just so so. I wish they would go back to where it only had ground beef and there are too many actual tomato pieces in the sauce. But I still come back anyway!“
“It was my first time eating African food. Didn't know what to get. So I asked the worker behind the counter what food he would recommend. He gave me his opinion and I rolled with it. To my surprise the food he recommended was delicious seasoned well and full of flavor. The FuFu was my favorite part so fun to eat, the Plantains were good but it's an acquired taste- didn't finish. The drinks were refreshing one surprising drink was called Sobolo made from Hibiscus flower, A natural drink with Natural ingredients only had 9 ingredients but watch out the Ginger has a kick that sneaks up on you kinda like Wasabi. Only thing I disliked was the bone was still in the fish kinda made it a chore to eat it... 10/10 customer service 10/10 clean restaurant 8/10 food. Also there's enough room for Bob tail Trucks to park in front of the restaurant if you need to pull in with a trailer attached there's room in the back but I wouldn't recommend staying back there because deliveries need to be made“

“Always a must stop on my way to or from the Brookfield Zoo. I don't live in the area any more, but when I visit I always try to hit up Mr. Submarine. I don't know what it is, because at face value the ingredients are just OK. But when you get that shredded lettuce soaked with vinegar and oregano, and the not quite sure what kind of cheese it is, mixed with a true sub roll and solid deli meat. It's a beautiful thing. And the grumpy guy behind the counter, he's been there for 30 years. Different faces over the years, but it's the same guy. Just part of the experience. Never change Mr. Submarine.“

We were fortunate to have Bill as our cashier, to patiently help us (3 ladies) make our decisions, He made excellent suggestions, and we ended up with delicious chicken Caesar salads. Wonderful as always, and we all loved Bill. One wanted to hug him, and my cousin said she could marry him!! Great employee!!“
