Absolutely terrible! I was standing at the counter with another patron for almost 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I we were their. Then a young girl comes in who is starting her shift. She put her hair in a ponytail up front where the ice cream toppings were, left her personal belongings on the counter, had to look up her number to sign into the register, one patrol was so upset she just left. I'm an OnTheGo customer so I always order ahead same thing every day a medium coffee. I use to go through the drive-thru but the line is always long and there's like 8-10 employees working in the morning so I couldn't understand why the long wait. Until I started going in to pickup my coffee and most of them are just standing there doing nothing. This is my 2nd favorite dunkin. I hit them up daily on the way to work and even tho the line is always ridiculously long the service is still fast and accurate! I have to leave home an extra 10 min early or in guaranteed to be late(even tho I work across the street) but it's worth it.
