The carnitas are so soft and juicy!!! The flavor.... ? the salsas Lord Jesus if you go on a hangover it will lift your soul up and wake up your ancestors! Especially that red chile
Love me some carnitas!! The wifey and I stopped in to get some carnitas. Food was on point the chicharon was a big hit in my book. Would definitely go back and recommend it as well.

I've only had the carnitas by the pound here. It's not bad, but not like other carnitas restaurants, for my flavor profile, in the area. It could be a mexico regional thing. Miscucan made, seems to be some of the best tasting that I've had. But this is not bad. The service is great.
