Amazing service! Unfortunately shortly after receiving my drive through order, I made a turn and it spilled in my car. I came into the store with the empty cups and I was immediately serviced. The staff asked what happened and apologized (although the accident wasn’t their fault but mine) and quickly replaced my beverages. Then they gave me a gift card for my next purchase. Today I was in Starbucks and a gentleman helped me and he was so wonderful! I did not get his name, but I believe his hair was a mix of blonde and brown. He worked so fast and kept up with my 14 drink order. Thanks!
