so i will say that although the food is good and they just remolded the shop this year, so it does look really nice in my opinion, the service is just so bad ? i try to be understanding and patient since i know fast food/customer service is challenging, but jesus, it’s bad. the wait time for the drive thru is always long (even if it’s just 3 cars), drinks are always made wrong (i.e- getting a hot latte instead of ice), and the online order system on the app always seems like...read full review

Update: I tried the contact page, only to find out it is a dead end. Thank Starbucks shows how you really care about customers and their concerns.I ordered on the mobile app today… my food was to be ready at 8:38 am. I went in at that time and it wasn’t ready. So there was a guy that was making food without any gloves on. Gosh, I hope he washed his hands. My sandwich was last. I wasn’t standing by counter, not even greeted at this location.. and waiting 10 minutes more....read full review
