Me and my bf stopped here after getting off work because it was the closest. He went inside to order and someone came in after him. The staff was being unprofessional to say the least and took the person that came after him. When he said excuse me I was here first their response was “ok and”. Customer service here sucks! If you don’t want to be doing this then don’t.

Most of the time it’s just a mess of an operation and if you are patient, you will get your food and it kind of meets expectations. Today several of my pieces of chicken tasted like they were fried with the fish and had a very strong fishy taste. Service was also slow, incorrect pieces in the order.

Loved it - loved it and I recommend that you TRY the BBQ chicken for $599 , you can try the others to but that's what I had,mm - mm- good everything and the strawberry biscuit amazing ? 5×50000 ⭐ this is the best place for chicken breakfast lunch and dinner, anytime for any occasion.Parking: Some locations are small or made such a way that it's difficult to find a parking spot or the drive through is and difficult, but don't let that stop you.If you have to park a block away,go get that chicken.and if you find a Popeyes that's not clean or the food is not really right for your taste, Go to a different Popeyes because it's the service there and the service is from the employees that don't use enough care in preparation of the food. Go there now.?? mm-mm-good ??

I don't know why I bother. A few times a year I fancy chicken and forget how this place can never meet simple expectations of a fast food drive thru. Drive thru takes 10 min, hen they'll prob be out of ice, take 20 min for spicy chicken or not have coke or sprite ugh. I'm sorry for the workers, it's not their fault they run out of everything and they work hard with what they can deliver...

First a note to ownership, please address the below poor staff issue within this location, there constantly is a wait of over 20 mins in the one way in and one way out drive thru, the staff never handles more than one customer at a time and always seem to have a lack of customer service etiquette. the parking lot has nothing less than 10 extremely large potholes and a drive thru sign that is in need of major upgrading. We the consumer deserve better from upper management. The menu sign indoors has not worked completely since the pandemic so you don't know the pricing of what you are ordering. Come on Popeyes, take care of those who take care of you!

Consistently incompetent staff. Folks who work there clearly don't care. Have given us the wrong order multiple times through delivery. Tonight, not only did they give us a fraction of our order, what they did give us was cold and soggy. Never ordering from this one again.
