Great customer service, we’re out of a topping for the chicken pot pie soup and the worker at 7:08 PM, 04/01 was sweet enough to let me know on the phone because my mom can’t speak English well. Someone should praise her for great customer service. Plus everything was done well.
I ordered online for delivery. My order confirmation said it would be delivered at 4:30 ( this is what I was counting on for my daughter's dinner before gymnastics practice) I called to check on the order status 10 minutes later only to find out that in fact there system doesn't work like that and the order doesn't come through to them until 4:25. They make it and then they have to wait for door dash to pick it up and have no idea how long that will take. The worst part is...read full review

Called Potbelly store direct, who disavowed all responsibility of the order cancel and told me for refund 'they had no clue, call doordash'. Nice customer service. Won't be back
