Called Potbelly store direct, who disavowed all responsibility of the order cancel and told me for refund 'they had no clue, call doordash'. Nice customer service. Won't be back

Great customer service, we’re out of a topping for the chicken pot pie soup and the worker at 7:08 PM, 04/01 was sweet enough to let me know on the phone because my mom can’t speak English well. Someone should praise her for great customer service. Plus everything was done well.

I ordered online for delivery. My order confirmation said it would be delivered at 4:30 ( this is what I was counting on for my daughter's dinner before gymnastics practice) I called to check on the order status 10 minutes later only to find out that in fact there system doesn't work like that and the order doesn't come through to them until 4:25. They make it and then they have to wait for door dash to pick it up and have no idea how long that will take. The worst part is that Potbelly corporate has nowhere on their website where I can even let them know about this gross misrepresentation and now I have no dinner for my child! So one star it is and I guess I'm done with Potbellys considering they really couldn't care less about hearing from their customers!

I always liked potbelly food and this location didn't disappoint, got the A wreck sandwich and it was made really well just a little oil more than normal. Good people running this and they give you a good amount of hot peppers as well.

The guy making the sandwiches was insanely rude and impatient and then the guy putting on the condiments seemed straight up miserable and made the sandwich wrong. There are a lot of other great places to eat in Oak Park - I’ll go to one of them next time. I’d already had a hard day and this experience made it just a bit worse.

Went to get a Broccoli cheddar soup and it was so watered down, I know the soup probably comes in a bag, and it's reheated. just trying to figure out why it's so watered-down won't be coming back here!
WELCOME T0 HELL! Many are the times we have wished to go here and take our food but we remember the manure service and quickly decide for a less aggressive place to go to. Not sure why the owners don't quicken this situation. Hell prob is not as bad as this.....

Ordered 3 sandwiches on Web on a Monday Jan 15th. We waited for the delivery for 40 minutes and when it was finally delivered Missing 1 sandwich. Now I only ordered 3 sandwiches and was delivered 2 must be hard Math. Called and was treated as I did something wrong. I ordered paid and was delivered incorrectly. Man said he was Antwon but who knows rude and disrespectful said refund or come and pick up a new sandwich. I just paid to have 3 sandwiches delivered and Potbelly team in Oak Park store screws it up and now I have to go and retrieve my son's sandwich. The manager did not look at me did not say sorry did not even give a Free Cookie or soda or nothing for their error. Called an emailed customer service 2x no answer. Customers are constantly leaving this location bad reviews and now I have been a victim of a Bad Manger. Company won't answer phone to even see if that is the policy. They mess up and hey refund for their mess up or come and pick up your missing sandwich. Like I have read Jimmy John's.
