This location has a consistent pattern of not making sandwiches to order correctly. I’ve tried privately contacting the store management to correct it before leaving a negative public review, but it just keeps happening - sandwiches not cut into pieces, requested toppings not included, items from my order missing in the bag (how hard is it to put two items in a bag?)Every time I go, I swear to myself I should stop giving them business. Super friendly.... They go out of their way to be helpful. Even brought our sandwich to the table. Very clean store. Staff were all pleasant and enjoying themselves.... Seemed like a happy team!!!

I am a consistent consumer of Jimmy John's. I have been to several locations but this location, BY FAR, is the slowest that I have ever patronized. The drive through is set up to where you can not see what the workers are doing but can definitely hear the laughter as you wait several minutes for your food.
