This isn't the first time at this location where the drive through is the opposite of "So fast you'll Freak" I've waited after ordering up to 15 mins before I got my food. But today 4/20/2024 I have been waiting in the drive through line for over 50mins w/o ordering. I got in line at 12:20pm finally ordered at 1:13pm, got my food at 1:22pm. The drive through needs it's own assembly station, or something. What is going on at this location? I wouldn't recommend using the drive through at all just go inside as they seem to prioritize inside orders over the drive through. Very disappointed with this location every other Jimmy John's I've been to is 10x faster.

I am a consistent consumer of Jimmy John's. I have been to several locations but this location, BY FAR, is the slowest that I have ever patronized. The drive through is set up to where you can not see what the workers are doing but can definitely hear the laughter as you wait several minutes for your food.

This location has a consistent pattern of not making sandwiches to order correctly. I’ve tried privately contacting the store management to correct it before leaving a negative public review, but it just keeps happening - sandwiches not cut into pieces, requested toppings not included, items from my order missing in the bag (how hard is it to put two items in a bag?)Every time I go, I swear to myself I should stop giving them business. Then a couple weeks goes by and I somehow forget. And they don’t make my food as ordered, repeat cycle. Just going to have to stop giving them money.So here we are. Don’t expect this location to make your sandwich to order correctly, and make sure to check your bag for all the items in your order.

Not for the first time, Shiloh Jimmy Johns is the opposite of freaky fast. Thirty minutes ago they delivered half of our order for a big office order.... We have not received the rest of our order and they are no longer answering the phone. Our office is one mile from the restaurant. This will be our last order.

I don’t know what’s going on, but I’ve been sitting in the drive through for after paying (waited 15 minutes before paying) for 11 minutes for one sandwich. There’s at least four people working inside, although most of them seem to be on their phones. I doubt I’ll come back to this location again. Oh, and they also did not follow the actual orders of my meal.

Don't order through Door dash. JJ's called me and said they didn't have drivers and they would cancel my order. No problem I understand. However I still got charged and when I called, I was told to call Door Dash, not their problem. Door Dash says it's Jimmy John's. I'm out $60.Update. Tried to go and provide feedback per JJ's request. Got a message "Unable to submit feedback at this time (403)".
