A few issues at this McDonald’s. One, this McDonald’s is down the road from a McDonald’s training center (so you would think this McDonald’s would be on point). Overall, extremely slow service. I’ve ordered on the app to pickup at the counter, to have to wait when I’m inside 20 minutes for my food. The time I selected drive through, I was told to park at parking spot marked number one and that the food would be brought out. I did that, waited 15 min in my car, finally went inside, to be told by the cashier that they didn’t know where I went… to my response that I parked where they said at the window, parking spot one. To add to the atmosphere of this McDonald’s, they have signs which say groups of 3 or more minors needs to be accompanied by an adult, which I am like ok makes sense. The times I have gone in - no McDonald’s employees enforced this. Groups of teenagers will come in, be rambunctious, yell, be loud, yell the n-word repeatedly, sit down and eat while continuing this, leave a mess at the table. We won’t sit down to eat inside this McDonald’s anymore due to this. So again great sign - but you’ve actually got to enforce it to be effective. Food is good, just again slow service with an abysmal atmosphere due to the ‘young scholars’ that come in groups to hang out inside this McDonald’s.

Went to this location for lunch, the cashier had a 'sour' look on her face and could barely understand her, looked like we bothering her! Placed our order...why do they ask what drink do we want when we get our own drinks! Also we were missing one item, had to wait several minutes to even tell them we were missing an order.. there was a small group of teenagers there that were a nuisance the manager should have told them to leave...oh yes where was the Manager...terrible service. Also. Christmas decor is still up!!! Where is the Manager!!

One star is one star too many. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes, they shorted me change and when I finally got my food the bun of my cheese burger was hard. The person handing me my food gave me a dirty look..I said thank you and she didn't respond and shut the window. The Ofallon, IL McDonald's is by far the worst! Similar experience last time I went. I WILL NOT be going back. I can understand being busy.. Which they really weren't.. But there's no excuse for being plain rude. I didn't order plain rude..I ordered a plain cheese burger.

They don't use the table numbers from the kiosk and just yell out receipt numbers from the kosk (which it doesn't print) So while you wait for the food you get to hear the staff shrill voices yell out the numbers.

I tend to having really good food at this location. Hot and fresh.
If I could give no star, I would. I tried to order 20 minutes before they closed. I sat at the second line, while another car was in the first line and was able to order. Nobody answered, so I drove around and went to the first one. A little girl came over the speaker and said they were closed. Then proceeded to say, "we close at 11, but we not taking orders anymore". Like what? I just watched 2 cars get food, one of those vehicles pulled in the exact same time. I just wanted 1 thing, and they said "okay yeah, pull to the window". So I pulled up and she said, "oh I can't take it, our system is down". And walked away laughing. This place is so unprofessional. Don't even waste your time here.

Waited 10 min in drive through..when I finally got my order, my fries were cold.
We went through the drive through and had a pretty good size order because of having 4 grand kids with us. We got home and started distributing and I was missing my mcrib Which had been paid for. I went back and went through the drive through and told them and they told me to go on to the second window which I did. When I got to the window I told them and also told them I would like replacement fries because by time I get home mine will be cold. I showed her the receipt and she told me to pull up a bit. I pulled up and waited and waited and waited. I saw someone bring food out to a different car and I asked her about my mcrib because it had been almost 20 minutes. She finally brought the mcrib out and then quickly went back inside before I could even look in the bag and of course there were no replacement fries. Of course when I got home my fries were ice cold. it should never have taken 20 minutes to get the replacement order out to me, seeing car after car go through the drive through and leave and still sitting there waiting.

Ordered two Big Macs from this location. They only put one patty on the burger and a crap load of sauce. This is by far the worst McDonalds in this area. Please do not order from this place if you want food made right. They mess it up every single time. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
