Wow--Pizza Boys may be the best hidden gem in the Southwest suburbs or the entirety of the suburbs. You have to call for reservations and sometimes the restaurant doesn't answer, but it is worth having patience. Just be persistent and call a few times. I have had some good pizza in my day, but nothing like Pizza Boys. The best way I could describe it is like a combination of New Haven and Detroit styles. It is a bit pricey at $34 a slice, but definitely worth it. If the Michelin guide came to the suburbs, Pizza Boys would definitely have a star. You have to call for reservations, which seems silly for 2023, but just do it.
