My friend and I came to the Orland Park location for lunch this afternoon. The food was good and service was fine but what I didn't care for was my cocktail ordered which was a long Island iced tea. It tasted water down and that was a disappointment after paying $12 for the drink. If I knew this in advance, I would have just ordered a pop.
Red Lobster is always busy but today it seemed as if the staff was stretched to the limit.Wheelchair accessibility: There were tables strategically set for customers in wheelchairs.
